My best experience purchasing a vehicle so far! I have been saving a searching for a truck for a while now. After finally finding one, I called and David answered the phone and promised me the truck for t been saving a searching for a truck for a while now. After finally finding one, I called and David answered the phone and promised me the truck for the price I had seen online. Him and Joe both spent hours with me going over the deal and every little detail (I am very meticulous and specific when making a large purpose) ! Even after they were supposed to be off work already as the store closed at 6pm for the day and it was a holiday weekend (we got done around 8pm). After finalizing on the truck, Joe was able to work out a really nice warranty for me and we worked all of that into the deal. He even helped me specifically go over each payment and down payment combination with the different interests rates so that I could choose the one that worked the best for me. I ended up leaving with the deal I was promised and a nice rental to take home since the truck would be ready the next day. After the truck was ready David drove it across town and delivered it to me personally! (Talk about excellent customer service!) More

my experience My husband purchased a Toyota86 on 6/9. 3days later after owning the car the abs light and traction control light went on. we took the car back on 6/1 My husband purchased a Toyota86 on 6/9. 3days later after owning the car the abs light and traction control light went on. we took the car back on 6/12 to get it serviced. Chevy was unable to fix the problem and sent it to camelback Toyota to get it serviced.Thankfully Toyota was able to fix this one issues that chevy did not notice when selling the car.Toyota Removed and replaced the steering angle sensor and recalibrated the vehicles traction control and the abs light and traction control light are not off.On 6/29 called Chevrolet and they instructed us to take the car back to Camelback Toyota so they can look at the car since we were still having issues with the car pulling to one side at highway speed.During the inspection Toyota found that the car had excessive feathering on the rear tires.they also found that the left rear lower control arm has an aftermarket SPC CAM BOLT, in which Toyota adjusted. Curtesy was not aware of the SPC CAM bolt and was not disclosed to us when purchasing the car.Toyota stated in there invoice that we take the car back to Curtesy Chevrolet for 2 rear tires p235/40z18 and and IRONMAN IMOVE GEN2 AS & performance alignment. The most upsetting issue that was found while at Toyota was that the Battery was found not Secured in place.Toyota noted that "After coming back from Road test, found battery hold down bracket not tightened down. Battery was touching struct brace on right side. J hook in back was missing. THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN&POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD." Camelback Toyota replaced JHOOK & secured battery & hold down bracket. When bringing this issue to Curtesy Chevrolet they acted as it was not a big deal.We went in on 7/3 to discuss this issue with management, and they referred us to JLarios who i feel has no responsibility since he is simply the middle man and has been very helpful through the whole process, but unfortunately has to fallow what management says. We spoke to Juans manager on 7/3 who told us not to worry that the issue would be resolved to bring it in on 7/6 since they would be closed for the 7/4 .7/6 we took the car in at 830am as per there request. since we had not heard anything from them i called in about 1pm to fallow up on the status of the car.I called and they said they would check and call me back.Later they call back from them and they stated it was getting taken care of (not specifying what being done.@430pm we get a call from another gentlemen stating that nothing could be done to the car and nothing had been done since it was out of there hands. i became very upset because i was told various of times that the car would be taken care of and it was 430pm close to closing time and the story had changed. we asked to speak to the manager who stated the same thing. my husband told them that he would be leaving his car there for another day and would be there on 7/7 @830am to speak to the VEHICLE DIRECTOR NICK NEVELS. Who from the start was not wanting to help. He argued with my husband for about an hour stating that they do not cover the wheels, and the cause of the tires waring was due to how the car was being driven. we stated to him that the car is driven as it should and since the car was not properly inspected and the correct adjustments made for the car to run correctly was the cause of the tires wearing. He also did not want to understand that because of there lack of attention to detail they overlooked a FIRE HAZERD that could of KILLED my husband. He just kept stating that the car was fixed & initiating that it wasn't a problem. At a point he agreed to cover one tire and the installation&that my husband would have to cover the other tire. We did not feel as this was a fare solution.NICK kept stating that he did not need to do anything and take it or leave it.He also since the beginning never read the invoices of all the issues with the car&was not informed or knowledgeable at all about the car issues.NICK agreed to replace both tires in exchange of 5 star reviews. No secret, car buying can be an unpleasant. But that is absolutely not the case if you work with the team at Courtesy Chevy in Phoenix. Every person we interacted with was fantastic. Our sales rep Jer absolutely not the case if you work with the team at Courtesy Chevy in Phoenix. Every person we interacted with was fantastic. Our sales rep Jeremiah was extremely diligent on checking on the specific vehicle we wanted and had *excellent* communication. We were able to text him directly to ask questions and coordinate the time to come into the dealership and check out the vehicle. His service and hustle is unmatched! We worked with Mika Ghanooni on the finance side and he was amazing. A real human that's not trying to slide one past you. Mika was extremely thorough with us and patiently explained everything as we explored the best options for financing and extended warranties. We feel great about terms we ended up with, thanks Mika! Lastly, we bought our car during the height of covid, and we felt safe through the entire experience. The staff all had on masks or shields, there was sanitizer and we saw things being wiped down. Overall a true 5 star experience. We'll be back to Courtesy for our next vehicle! More

Issues with finance, sales & service. I normally don't leave reviews because I've never had a bad enough experience to where I felt it was necessary to but what I have experienced doing bu I normally don't leave reviews because I've never had a bad enough experience to where I felt it was necessary to but what I have experienced doing business with this dealership has been unbelievable and beyond disappointing so if I can save at least one person from getting screwed over, this is worth my time. I know it's a lot but I believe it can be beneficial to you or someone you know that is looking to buy a new vehicle from a place they can trust. I have been dealing with issues with the finance, sales and service departments that have not yet been resolved and I purchased my vehicle five months ago. To begin with, I purchased my vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet on January, 12th. When I thought the process went smoothly, I later learned that I was wrong. When it was time to make my first payment I realized my loan was $1,369 higher, significantly higher than what finance told me it was going to be so then I reviewed my paperwork. I immediately called the dealership and asked to speak to a finance manager but was told they were unavailable at that moment so then I decided to go into the dealership to speak to the finance manager in person. I was then told the finance manager went to lunch so then the finance employee who did our paperwork for my vehicle saw us and asked if he could help with my concerns. The finance employee's name is John Gonzalez. When I bought the vehicle, John offered a lot of things that will add numbers to my loan which I respectfully declined over and over and we specifically told him, we did not want anything added except for the gap insurance. So, when I reviewed my paperwork, I noticed he added a "Century Theft Code of $499" and "Century finish touch $870" to the loan which I did not consent to those charges. When John explained these things that were added, he didn't mention a price, he manipulated me into thinking it was added into the price of the vehicle already. So when I went in and sat down to express my concerns to him about these additional charges and how I told him specifically that I did not want anything else added to my loan. He apologized for leaving out the fact that he added $1,369 to my loan, he then proceeded to tell me he that they are not "required" to explain every charge to their customers because it's called "Guiding", which is the most manipulative crap I have ever heard and then told me that he can't remove it from my loan when I asked him to. I left upset because I can't understand how he was able to tell me the price of all the other add-ons that I declined but could not tell me that the "The theft code" and "Century finish touch" was going to cost not $20, not $100 but 1,369 dollars! I would have never said okay to that and he knew that which is why I feel he went ahead and made it seem like it came with the vehicle otherwise he wouldn't have felt the need to tell me "They are not required to go over the prices of everything cause it's called Guiding", I just don't understand that. It makes no sense other than, he just wanted to make some kind of profit from us at the end of the day. Furthermore, after leaving the dealership that day, we sent out our first email stating everything we have experienced so far on 3/11 and received a few follow-up emails from the dealership sporadically weeks after asking if anyone has gotten back to us (which we have proof of, we have proof of everything) and after replying that we have not had any issues resolved or haven't even been contacted, we were promised a call from a finance manager soon. Two months later on 5/8, I sent out a follow up email to "Maggie Potter" who was the last employee we heard from via email stating that we have not yet heard from anyone. It is now 6/20 and still, nothing. Moreover, the sales employee, "Miguel Othon" who sold us our vehicle seemed to be very helpful that day and days after but what he failed to do was give us accurate information when we bought the vehicle. He stated to us that "The vehicle comes with the first three oil changes for free" which again, that was wasn't the case. A few days before bringing in my vehicle for my first oil change I called the dealership to schedule an appointment. I spoke to the "Service supervisor" and when I stated " I am coming in for my free oil change" the run-around began. I was told that they can't see any free oil changes in their system for my car which I found bizarre. I was then transferred to speak to "Edwin" in the sales department and he told me he was going to look into it and call me back. I never received that call back which didn't surprise me at this point. I then decided to just call the finance department to see if they can help me get an answer and they told me to bring the vehicle in and tell them "I am here for my free oil change" and that I shouldn't have a problem. When I arrived for my oil change, I was greeted and asked for my keys. I again mentioned the free oil changes and then was told to walk to the sales department to talk to them first and they'll wait for me before taking my vehicle to the back. So there I went, I asked for "Edwin", the salesman who never called me back. He apologized and told me he had looked into my vehicle to see if it was "eligible" and then informed me that the free oil changes are only for specific models and that the requirements changed in the beginning of this year (When I bought my car) so , of course my car isn't one of the models that are "eligible" therefore, it's excluded from the free oil changes when I was told the opposite. Edwin then asked me to speak to a manager or the person who sold me my car (Miguel) so they can maybe make an exception but by this point, I was so exhausted and upset that I couldn't wait to leave. On my way out, I coincidentally ran into Miguel (the person who sold me the car) who I have verbally expressed concerns to when I came in regarding the finance issues the first time. He asked me what brought me there today and I told him what happened and all he could do was apologize, covered the one oil change but didn't say anything about the other two. I was given false information and it is not okay. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service in my life. I hate that I had to address so many details that created this novel-of-a-review but since I haven't been given the decency of being contacted by any manager/owner about my issues, I had to let them be known on here. I hope this helps whoever is reading this. Please! Please! save yourself the stress, inconvenience, money, anxiety and headaches of dealing with this scammy place especially, if you're trying to help a loved one purchase a vehicle, don't do it here! Thank you. P.s This review will also be shared on many other business pages. More

I purchased a truck from Courtesy Chevy in the beginning of January 2020. The truck was slightly used but in good shape and the price seemed good. Being out of state I talked with Jeremiah, a salesman, abou of January 2020. The truck was slightly used but in good shape and the price seemed good. Being out of state I talked with Jeremiah, a salesman, about the truck over the phone prior to coming down. He assured me the truck was perfect. I put a deposit on the truck and planned to pick it up over the weekend. The truck was in good shape with the exception of a little damage to the bumper and a chip in the windshield. I accepted this and went forward with the purchase. I was assured the vehicle had remote start and a spare key. I did not receive the spare key at the time of purchase but was told it would be shipped to me. I also did not receive the key code for the door keypad. I went into finance and the finance manager did try to upsell you on extra charges and extended warranties, which is normal. During the review with the finance manager I ensured that the title would go to my home DMV, and the appropriate taxes would be paid for my residence. It has now been 3 months, my temp plates are expired and I have been unable to register my vehicle with my home state of Colorado, because they did not send any paperwork or information on the sale to the co dept of mv. I have been given the run around repeatedly by the dealership (Ivan a sales manager) saying I need to take the paperwork in, but the dmv and the state website tells me the dealer should do this for any financed purchase. I have been unable to get a copy of the title from the DMV, the bank or the dealership, so I have no idea how I am going to register the vehicle and I am sure they did not pay the proper taxes as discussed. On top of that I was led on this entire time that my spare key was in the mail, until now when I was told there isnt one. Do not go to this dealership if you can avoid it. Once you have signed and are out the door they have no intention of helping you or continuing customer satisfaction. I will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone. They will be hearing more from me if they did not pay the proper taxes during the purchase of the vehicle. A dealership this large and that has been around this long should not be this incompetent. Update: Finally able to register my truck and Courtesy undercharged me on taxes, so I owed over $500 extra dollars when I registered. Hard to believe this place is still around if this is how they do business. More
