This specific dealership was awful on how they handled everything. All the way from the sales manager to the actual salesman, as soon as we walked in the door we should of walked out right away. Salesman and sales manager were pretty unprofessional from the test drive to the final paperwork, kept trying to drop the down payment but extend the loan but a couple more years. Myself and wife tried to give these guys the Beni fit of the doubt and ended up purchasing a vehicle from them, during the final stages of the sale did not see the salesman or anyone for a while and was told vehicle would have a full tank in it and the salesman lied and had a quarter tank left. Drove off the lot and not a day later the vehicle completely stopped running wouldn’t accelerate and check engine light came on leaving my wife stranded in the side of the road. We had called the dealership and could not get ahold of anyone to be able to resolve the issue for almost a full 24 hours before someone had got ahold of us. The vehicle was then towed to Courtesy Chevrolet and the service department said it was a minor issue the the vehicle computer system and should be good to go. Thank goodness we had bought the extended warranty on the vehicle and did not have to deal with that dealership anymore and took vehicle straight to the dealer, who then found more issues with the vehicle that courtesy had Not disclosed to us. Almost a year to the day the vehicle completely stopped and shut down for a fourth time leaving my wife on the side of the road in over 100 degrees. The vehicle is not safe at all to drive and would not recommend purchasing from this dealership to anyone. More

So, we know all of the "tricks" that dealerships can play with sneaky add-ons, pressure tactics, bait-and-switch, etc. There was absolutely no games or trickery going on from start to finish with regard to my purchase of a 2018 Tiguan SE. Edwin Marinez was our salesman. He treated us extremely well and he really went out of his way to make it a very positive car-buying experience for us. Edwin is a down-to-earth Chicagoan and he has a very kind and pleasant demeanor. Besides being personable, Edwin is experienced in not just auto sales but auto-finance as well; that showed throughout the negotiating and deal-making process involving a manager. Give Edwin a shot and you won't regret it. Also, Erik the finance manager was awesome to work with and he respectfully accepted my decisions when we talked about gap insurance and extended warranties and vehicle protection programs. Erik got us a killer interest rate which enabled us to add Ally warranty coverage to the loan with a monthly payment we could afford. More
