I get nothing but excuses of why I have to purchase the correct key fob and pay to have it programmed! They have even told me about Onstar remote start for $14.99 per month thru the my chevy app....IF IM NOT BUYING THE KEY FOB WHY WOULD I PAY $14.99 PER MONTH? All I would like is the correct free of charge or exchange mine the one I have for the right one! Would you buy a car with the wrong engine that worked half assed? I don't see what the darn and you are is with giving me the right key fob its standard equipment people!! You would rather charge me MORE MONEY for STANDARD EQUIPMENT!! This is a classic example of how big corps get over on the consumer they always want MORE MONEY!! I will take down all of my reviews and make them positive if you replace my fob for the correct one...Multi million dollar "family owned" treat you like family...This is how you treat family?
