My wife and I went in with the intention of buying a new Chevy Silverado for our son. We were abundantly clear about our desire to take advantage of the current market, leverage our GM family discount and Chevy Silverado for our son. We were abundantly clear about our desire to take advantage of the current market, leverage our GM family discount and do a trade-in. This got screwed up throughout. Instead of the 0% finance option, they told us our 690 credit score and $250K annual income amounted to a 5.99% finance rate, but then “shopped” the rate indicating they may get a lower rate only to come back with a much higher 7.12% finance rate - with GM Financing which is probably not a coincidence. They also would only offer us $5K on our Audi A5 trade-in that KBB books at @ $6K and NADA books at $7K. Our Audi is in great condition, and they barely gave us “rough trade in” value. Then finally, they said they didn’t include the trade appropriately when quoting a price, which we didn’t learn until after we had waited to sign the final paperwork, assuming we were leaving with a vehicle for our son. Between the increase in the original 5.99% finance rate, and then their error on our trade, the monthly payment increased over $120 more per month. Although our sales rep, Crystal was great, everyone who “supported” her was terrible. They cost her the sale. Although they cost us 5 hours and a ton of frustration, we were smart enough to walk away from their shady operations. I will not use Courtesy. I recommend you not as well. I will be calling the General Manager and also raising my concerns directly with GM. More

please do not use this dealership for service. oil change, rotate tire , computer check , only takes 2.5 hpurs...Took my new vehicle in for the 5k service sat and watched the tech for 2.5 hours.
