Do not ever come here to buy car. This dealership is scam, they suck! Their customer service is worst too. I regret to buy the car here, if I'd have known this dealer would sell a bad car, I would never came here in the first place. Back in 9/2019, I was so frustrated and stressed about buying car, I came to this dealership, they sold a 2015 Nissan Sentra SV with $10,000, I thought it was a good deal. But I didn't know that they would add so much fee in the end and the total came out to be $13,500, I feel it's not worth the value of the car. I made the mistakes "jumping on the boat" too soon to buy that car without thinking clearly. I made the wrong choice coming here to buy a car. The sounds of the engine is super loud and noisy, I didn't hear it when I drove on a tryout of the car, after went home, I heard that noisy sound. I also noticed there was like a glue on the front bumper on the left. I came back 2 days after I just bought a car and I asked them, they lied to me and glued the bumper. They scolded me and blamed back to me that I did it, I wanted to return the car and get a full refund back (I bought the car by cash). I was so mad and disappointed, the wheels looked so old and there were many scratches too, the salesman Alex who helped me buy that car, was so rude and irresponsible. He didn't want to help me even though he was the one who promise he would replace the wheel for me for free due to many scratches. I went on Yelp and reviewed them badly, that when they took me serious and promised to replace the wheel and the door handle for me free, the door handle at the passenger door was weak too. Alex threatened me to delete my bad reviews on Yelp, so they'd replace for me, if I didn't, they wouldn't replace it. In 12/2019, I took my car to the mechanic nearby my house to do full inspection on the car and everything. Then, they found out the biggest part on the car was really damage and worst ( you can take a look at the picture). The front bumper was bend and damage so badly, they asked if I was involved in any accident, but I didn't, I only bought the car for 3 months. They told me it was probably happened before I bought the car. I was surprised and mad, I was so disappointed at Courtesy Chevrolet, they sold me the damaged car! Even with the Carfax, it was said Clean title, and the fact about the car was only minor accident. I wrote them a complaint but they didn't get back to me. I wrote to Carfax and they didn't take responsibility for it. I was so stupid and I regret to choose CC dealership to buy car, I made a big mistake on decision buying car there. The dealer didn't even tell me about the damage front bumper, they hid it from me, they didn't take any responsible for it. Now, I understand why did the car have glue on the front. They knew they were wrong but they didn't accept it, they blamed it back to me. Honestly, one day they will get the consequences. They sold the DAMAGE CAR. DO NOT EVER COME HERE TO BUY CAR More

I went in on 2/19 for a small simple repair and waited for a service advisor sitting in my car for about 10-15 minutes but no one came out and help. A young guy was very niece he was directing cars as the for a service advisor sitting in my car for about 10-15 minutes but no one came out and help. He was niece and apologized and said you can go in and talk to them inside I said no.. I’ll take my car somewhere and I did and drove off. My car got fixed somewhere else where they did wanted my business. Thanks Chevy More

Not really sure if I would be using this dealership again or recommending it to anyone. I recently had an issue with the door handle I went and most of the service department didn’t seem interested in helping as I later found out cause most of them said it would be a trim issue and would not be covered . Victor bustos the service advisor was helpful at first I provide the wrong coverage. Which is why I went to speak with Eric I was already upset and explaining the situation he told the coverage I actually had which I appreciate but began getting very rude with and saying I was arguing with which I was not I was just frustrated at that point. Basically getting the car went pretty smooth but after was not. I will victor ended up being very helpful. More
