Weeks later I had an issue with my theft recovery device, I was able to call Ian and within minutes the dealership is calling to get the device fixed. I first emailed Courtesy Chevrolet on another Dually and they were quick to respond. The next day I began to Speak with Kevin Good. He sent me a quote and there was no way with me being upside down due to the blown motor on my truck we could afford it. A couple weeks went buy and things had changed on the need of the vehicle. I explained to Kevin Good what kind of truck we needed due to the negative equity on my truck. We seamed like we could not find the right truck for the price... I should mention I was also working with a Ford Dealership at the same time and they had zero customer service and once credit and my pay was discovered they wanted to sell me stuff that Ibhad no need for and the prices were ridiculous. Kevin Good called me back and sent me a truck he had found. The truck had all we needed plus more. We were able to work a deal out and they even took my truck with the blown motor in on the deal. I met Kevin Good in person on 10-19-19 and he was extremely friendly and due to me having my own loan I showed up took the truck for a test drive signed papers and left within 3 hours of my arrival. Should I mention the truck was brand new and had way more option than Ford could get within a reasonable price. I just wanted to say thanks to Kevin Good for making a bad situation at least manageable. Plus if you stop in and say I sent you he will make part of my truck payment LOL. More
