While working the deal they kept saying to be transparent, but they were far from transparent, and the sale person did not have completely understand the forms. We were not shown all the options and how they properly worked. The vehicle needed a part to be fixed, and was told it would be upon delivery. We agreed to wait for the part to be fixed and have the vehicle delivered to us. The sales person again did not understand the paperwork, and even stated he was on a tight time frame. The vehicle was not fixed and needed to be returned. I used a Educator Discount, and someone else needed to call me afterward to get the information and my badge. I offered it the day of purchase but was told they did not need it. No one explained the dealer installed options, and I had to ask about the Kahu protection. Someone enter a false email address, so I was not able to use Kahu until this was corrected. No one ask for an email address, but the entered a fake one anyway. Debbie has been the only shining star throughout the process. She followed through and quickly correct the error of the rest of the staff. More

Great service from Kevin Good and Courtesy Chevrolet of AZ We were looking for a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel. Not many had come to dealerships in CA where we're from. We found one at Courtesy Chevrolet in We were looking for a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel. Not many had come to dealerships in CA where we're from. We found one at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ. They has a truck advertised on their website, but it had been sold. The dealership said they would find us the truck we wanted. Guaranteed our truck, we were on our way south. We received a call that the dealership had found our truck and it would be available for us when we arrived the next morning. We met with Kevin Good who showed us our new truck and took us for a test drive. Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with. He processed our application and went with us to the finance dept. where we worked with Joe. We were please that the overall experience took 3 hours to complete. Kevin telephoned us the next day to find out how we were doing with the new truck and asked us to contact him if we had questions or needed anything else. He was very thoughtful and we appreciate his help. We are please with the dealership's ability and willingness to go out of their way to find us the exact truck we wanted. For service and commitment, I recommend Courtesy Chevrolet of Phoenix, AZ. More
