Chris was able to assist and approve me with a 2019 vehicle same day! Though, I waited a while to meet with finance to wrap every thing up... The kindness from the staff made a difference. My husband and I purchased a used 2017 Jeep from this dealership in July 2019. The sticker price on the car was $37,500, but by time it came to negotiate, they added $8k in additional parts that they (specifically salesman Antonio and the sales manager on the floor at the time) very clearly told us they installed on the car at the dealership. This included new tires, a lift kit and winch. A surprise $8k on top of a LISTED price already seemed shady, and honestly, we should have walked at that time, but we purchased the car. The deal was done pretty late at night, so Antonio let us know we would have to come back during the day to get the spare key and winch remote (he said that office was already closed for the day). We should have gotten this in writing, because pretty much everything they told us was a lie. Mainly, they did not install ANY of the aftermarket parts…literally not one. The car actually doesn’t even have an aftermarket lift kit! It took my husband two visits, multiple calls and me multiple emails just to get the spare key because the dealership didn’t have it. They had to call the previous owner to get it after we caused such a fuss over it. Since the dealership lied about installing the winch, they of course didn’t have the remote for it, so we had to purchase it ourselves. To make matters worse, after I initially wrote this review, the dealership contacted me. For a moment, I thought maybe we would find some resolution. However, Steve (who I believe is a used car manager) made things much worse. He admitted that the dealership didn’t put any of the aftermarket parts on. However, in attempting to explain why the dealership is not in the wrong for lying to us about the work being done there (and charging us for it above the list price), he was extremely rude and condescending. I patiently listened to his side of the story, but as soon as it came time for me to share my frustrations, he wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. He continued to speak over me. At one point, I said, “Can you please let me finish what I’m saying?!” and yet he continued to speak over me. I got so frustrated that I hung up on him. I don’t know that I have ever been so disrespected by a business. I’m not sure if his tone and demeanor would have been different were he speaking to my husband, but it was truly unacceptable. If this dealership has a used car you can’t live without, record every second of your conversations with them. Get literally everything in writing. They are NOT to be trusted. I would give 0 stars if I could. More

I wanted to buy a new Corvette but unfortunately I couldn't manage the cost of the Corvette I wanted with the trade in on my Lincoln. I didn't see a used Corvette I would like. Mike was great at showing the different models he had and explaining the advantages of each one. He was actually the reason I went to Courtesy Chevy to purchase a car.
