Artificial Customer Service, nothing real about it I was asked to complete a survey of my experience with Courtesy Chevrolet Service Department. I didn't give it a good review because parts of my experience was not all that good. I then get an email from Mr. Dyer saying he was concerned about my service and wanted to personal talk to me at my convenience, so I replied back with a date and time for a call. The date and time came and passed no call. I sent an email back to Mr. Dyer saying why offer to call me at a time and date convenient to me and then not follow through. I then later got an email saying he was on vacation. Which leads to the question why send out such an email when the person who is to call is not even available..just total set up for the customer to be even more upset. Response was it is an automated email asking to speak with me, so caring about customers is totally artificial, no person even read my survey response, like I said the dealerships caring is all artificial. So, then I go to the dealer's website, to get an email address for the General Manager, and yet again I get an artificial response... what does it take to get a real person, who really cares about the customer...I am not sure Courtesy Chevrolet can even answer that question because they don't have an automated response for that, it might require someone to actually think and sit down and write a response, which I doubt will happen. More

Dave, and how you can call people on his team a lier Dave, the service director, was very unprofessional and rude. I came in to talk to him about what the service manager said to me on the phone the day Dave, the service director, was very unprofessional and rude. I came in to talk to him about what the service manager said to me on the phone the day prior. The service manager, or someone that identified themself as the service manager told me that I had no free oil changes left. I thought that was very odd, so I drove to the dealer to get a straighnted out. Dave was offended because I said that the service manager lied to me on the phone about the oil changes the day prior. Then he said that I couldnt say that he lied. I tried explaining to him that this wasnt the first time i was told something false on the phone, but all he said was “if the service is so bad, why are you here? “ I tried explaining to him that i had a right to what i was promised when i bought the vehicle, but before i could even finish, he just asked me to leave the dealer. Is that really how you guys treat your customers after they buy a vehicle from there? More
