We had a range rover to trade but was still out of pocket 30k for the new car. Quincy was able to get the car to the price that we had agreed on but then ultimately, we chose to sleep on it. Shortly after leaving we communicated to Quincy that we would be by in the morning, we had decided to get the car. Later that evening we went on Carvana where we were able to sell our vehicle and get into the same Tahoe. It was a year old and with 30k miles. It made more sense financially. Next morning, as a courtesy, I sent a message to Quincy informing him of our purchase and thanking him for his time and help. This is what I received shortly after; Message 1 "I literally washed the truck, got everything ready. Told my managers that both of you would be back." Message 2: "Purchased a used car from carvana, no warranty, the worse experience customers have had is with that company." Message 3 Next time you go to a dealership don't wast any salesmen time like that. I stayed till after 4 ocklock working with you and your wife and I was off at 4pm, i woke up and made sure I was here at the dealership today and today is my day off." Message 4 It's customers like you that waste people's time and effort. I took that personal. You texted me yesterday telling me you would be here at 10:30 and that you would have a check. Your "word" doesn't mean anything. Don't EVER do that to another salesmen. I was patient with both of you and worked hard. It's sad that I actually expected you to follow through. I'm disappointing in my myself because the work did for you both. THe amount of kickback I got from my director because I told him that you will be back" Message 5 You wasted my time... Litterally. How would you like it if I did that to you and your wife with your "self Owned business" You're very disappointing end of story." Summary---- It seems that because Quincy feels that because of the 45 minutes he spent with us, we were wrong to change our mind and notify him before our next appointment and that we should have written a check for 65k. I have called Finance, Service, and sales with no returned call. They now pick up the phone and hang up. I have sent David Gonzalez and O'Jay Vengas emails and message requesting a call back. No response. More

New fan for life despite the odds! So, I always have a good story and my car buying every experience at Courtesy was one of them. Last year I had contemplated buying a used car & found So, I always have a good story and my car buying every experience at Courtesy was one of them. Last year I had contemplated buying a used car & found a listing online for Courtesy Chevrolet. After deciding to keep my current vehicle, I had asked the salesman I spoke w/ Nate, if I could keep his number & contact him for a possible future service. He agreed. So, a year later I come to th conclusion to let my car go and contact Nate. I reached out to Nate because he didn’t pester me like other sales people so I wanted to give him my business. He happened to be busy when I went in but I got Art as my sales guy and it was meant to be. Art pulled my credit & told me what I was able to qualify for given my credit score and down payment in a very honest & tactful manner. Once I knew my options, we test drove some vehicles. We got along really well and it was a fun shopping experience. I know, weird right? I found one I had really liked but was a bit out of my price range. I had agreed to a different vehicle but Art was able to negotiate a deal on my behalf and I got the car I wanted! Now, I just as still a bit stressed out in regards to my financing just vecauseI knew my budget and credit score weren’t exactly in my favor. And, my car ended up needing to be serviced due to a faulty sensor. So, I was upset. But I’m telling you all this for a reason. The customer service I received when dealing with my financing and my car sensor getting resolved was great. Art sincerely made sure I was happy and was taken care of every step of the way and personally walked me through the place. He cleaned my car out to save me time and made sure I had everything I needed, including a rental when I felt comfortable in. Anthony in finance made sure I secured a payment that I could realistically make and got me approved with a national bank with a low APR that I could have only dreamed of. I’m happy I’m able to start over and be given a chance, i couldn’t have done that credit wise without Anthony’s help. And while I at first was rubbed wrong by someone in the service department, Ben fixed it. He apologized for the other guy, made sure my service and car was up to par, just like Art, and test drove it a few times to make sure the service issue was indeed taken care of. I recommend Courtesy to anyone and most of all, I recommend them to women who are looking to buy on their own. No one took advantage of me, tried to act like I didn’t know what I was talking about and no one tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything I couldn’t afford. I hear that a lot of women have bad experiences when buying cars on their own and a lot take a man with them. While the thought did cross my mind before I came in, I decided I could handle my business by myself. And I did because I had a great team working with me at Courtesy every step of the way. More
Don’t Deliver as Promised! Bought a car (used), paid cash. They kept it for several days to fix a few scratches and put floor mats in. Scratches still remain and after 9 weeks, floor mats are still a no show! Many, many messages and phone calls and still NOTHING. Sales persons name was Sarah. Never deal with her or this dealership. I even talked to the head over Used Car Sales. Only thing he did was have Sarah call and give me another line....absolutely no action. Terrible! Almost 6 months and STILL no resolution. I’ve had a few calls Andy, but he’s done nothing! They sent me floor mats that don’t fit and are almost white....they said they would me the right ones, but again nothing has happened and I haven’t even heard from anyone since 9 September. Absolutely horrible! More
