Amber was amazing to deal with in person at the time of sale, and for roughly four days afterwards. After that, she all but washed her hands of us. We bought the Explorer through Amber, that process went smoothly. We were not provided with the floor mats for the vehicle, but I let that go. Upon pulling into the driveway after driving home, I attempted to roll the window down to talk to our kids, who were very excited to see the new family car, and the window glass dropped down into the door cavity. I then went to move the second row seat behind the driver’s seat to access the 3rd row, but it didn’t fold up. The next day, my wife had to drive the vehicle 30+ miles back to the dealership with shrink wrap for a window so that it could be repaired. They were nice enough to give us a loaner and Amber brought our vehicle back to us upon what we thought was the completion of repairs for our trouble. While the window was repaired (it still chatters), they did NOT repair the seat. This is where our frustration began. Before buying I noticed there was a cracked plastic trim piece along the windshield that they agreed to replace. They did so. A few days ago my wife told me that the new trim flew off the vehicle while she was driving down the freeway. The trim, which is designed to be held on with push-in clips, was now gone. All that remains are sections of a stringy tar-like adhesive that they used to fasten it instead of repairing it the right way. I understand that what the service department did is out of Amber’s control, but as our salesperson, she is the face of, and our point of contact at Courtesy Chevrolet and therefore the focus of our dissatisfaction. We are just asking for communication and for the repairs to be completed properly. More

Good review The only downside of my experience was that I made an appointment for 10 a.m., took my car in at that time, took a Lyft to work at 1:30 and I called a The only downside of my experience was that I made an appointment for 10 a.m., took my car in at that time, took a Lyft to work at 1:30 and I called about 3:00 because I hadn't heard a word about what was wrong with my car, how long it was going to take, how much money it would cost, etc. I was left in limbo for 5 hours. I didn't know if I needed to take a Lyft to the dealership at the end of the day or home. I would think someone would have called me before then to give me some information about what was going on. Finally Bob called me back about 4:00 with what was wrong and that they needed to keep my car overnight. Otherwise, the service was very good. Got it done, it was under warranty. All is good. Communication is key! More
