Lamar spent time asking me what exactly I wanted and found the perfect vehicle for me. He then took the time to prepare all the paperwork in advance before my return appointment. No follow up. much appreciated. I would bet that you would be extremely upset if the same thing occurred to you. Personally, I would have not allowed the customer to have left the lot with a damaged vehicle; I would have put them in a loaner same day and only had it returned once the owners vehicle was restored to the same condition it was brought in as and trusted to remain in. Wouldn't allow you to fix my car at this point, evidently I was a burden, therefore, I would expect my truck to be treated the same if left with associates of this dealership. More

I knew my credit wasn’t the best but he assured my that i could get into a newer Malibu. I was a little hesitant at first but when he came back from the back area smiling, I knew everything would be ok. I had been looking at Certfied Pre Owned Malibu in the internet so we gave it a test drive & the next thing i know I was in my new car. I had never bought a new car before but the experience was really nice. I didn’t feel pressured and they answered all the questions I had. Unfortunately that night I couldn't go home with the car I wanted, which had nothing to do with Courtsey. The next day I received a text about my visit. Fast forward two days later, one phone call to my bank and a short drive I was signing the papers for a brand new Spark.
