NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE As a women I will never shop here or return to this dealership. I called about a truck and was given no information and no attention. Then 30 mins later told nope it's gone it's been sold. Had to have a male friend call and they JUMPED to assist him, hey what do you need? Do you want any information? When are you coming?! We will have it out front and polished and ready to go. Get there at our appointment time and the sales men that set the appointment LEFT FOR NEW MEXICO!!!!!! So a totally different sales person who had no idea why we were there came to help us. We walk all the way around to the back lot, while being told EVERY vehicle goes thru sooo much safety inspections before being listed on the site, I just showed someone this truck yestersay blah blah blah...we can't find the truck! After going all the way around back to the front, walking the entire dealership.she has to go back inside to then use the tool to find it. While waiting for her to come back another sales person walks over and looks at me and says have you guys been helped? I say yes were waiting on her to come back. He CONTINUES RIGHT PAST ME and goes to my buddy and asks him!!! So apparently as a women I can't be spoken to and heard the man knows everything. So after being fed an entire load of xx turns out THE TRUCK WAS WHOLESALED!!!! FOR MECHNANICAL ISSUES!!!!! So no-one could buy the truck no-one has looked at it and it was gone DAYS AGO!!!! And even now after This happened it is still listed.This dealership is sexist, rude and full of idiots. And I will never step foot in that parking lot ever again. I would suggest the same for anyone else thinking about purchasing a vehicle. If I could give no stars I would. More

However, Art and the rest of the staff made the trade-in so easy and seamless that it only made sense to complete the transaction that day.
