Bait and switch Can you say bait and switch. Me and my wife live in LHC Arizona we had contacted the dealer and told them of a deal we had seen in Ca told them the pr Can you say bait and switch. Me and my wife live in LHC Arizona we had contacted the dealer and told them of a deal we had seen in Ca told them the price they told us they could match the deal. None of the dealers in town said they could match the price.I told them we could come tomorrow but said we didn't want to drive 3 hours and have them tell us that the pick up was just sold . The salesman assured us that they had several in stock and that would not happen. They called us the next morning and said come on out and get the truck. They called when we were 1 hour out said there was no problem come on out I said again we are not going to get there and you say sorry it was sold and they said no we have several in stock. Well when we got there I called and asked was the truck still available they said yes and asked how long till I would be there I said I am here and wanted to see the truck. They came out to meet me had us set at a desk. And after about 20 minutes suddenly they said the truck had been sold earlier but they had a truck for 10,000s more. What a waste of time very sad. Suddenly that was the only truck on the lot that was a good deal. To say I was upset when I left the dealership would be an under statement.So I waisted over 8 hours. What do I think should be done is Chevrolet should investigate this dealership and pull their dealership license. I am sure we are the tip of the iceberg . I have always been a chevy guy But with a dealer like this I am having second thoughts. This would have been my seventh new Chevrolet vehicle. Hopefully I can ge a hold of Chevrolet so they can get this dealership closed. More

I told Mike my situation and in a few hours he and I had an agreement on a deal that saved me. Mike told me straight with no BS while being friendly and genuine. I had to trust them since no one else where I live nor in the LA area could make the pieces come together. My wife and I just got back after the long round trip from Palm Springs. The car I got from them after they paid off my trade-in was better then I thought it would be. Driving home it purred it's way across the desert getting great gas mileage, driving without a single issue at high speeds. Mike and everyone there earned my business and you should give them yours. I know they didn't make a lot on my business today but it didn't matter they just wanted to help. I guarantee you I won't go anywhere else. I get to sleep all night free from the stress induced insomnia thanks to Mike Kildoo and Courtesy Chevy. More
