The solution after pretty thorough check was replacing the battery. Tim is the greatest. He took my car in on a day without an appointment, that was loaded with others who had made appointments. He fit me in, got the job done, had me driven home and then back when the repairs were finished. He is such a great asset to Courtesy Chevrolet, has great people skills, and knows the product. Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. Without even seeing the truck in person I knew it was perfect. O'Jay made me an offer that was very fair and exactly what I was anticipating and without any haggle the deal was done over the phone. He took down all my information on a Thursday and when I came in on Saturday to pick it up it was all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. The truck was cleaned, full tank of gas and a fresh oil change before I even arrived. If you know exactly what you want ask for O'Jay. I ended up trading in my 2013 Ford Explorer for the Impala and am very happy with my purchase. The Impala is so fast, comfortable, sporty, and has lots of upgrades! All the employees I interacted with at the dealer were friendly. I paid cash for my car, so the only interaction I had with their finance department was them filling out the purchase agreement and related documents. I would buy from them again in the future. More
