Chris is Awesome! Chris worked diligently to find a way that my daughter could afford her dream car. He is very professional and gives the facts straight to you. I like that he wasn't high pressure and let us decide if we could afford the cat or not. His customer service is impeccable. He always returns emails and usually within minutes. He is very friendly and helpful. Wish all used car Salesman were like him. Then, they wouldn't have such a bad reputation haha jk. But seriously, he is the best. I will recommend him to anyone I know shopping for a car. More

Christian Bazan was amazing To be honest I didnt partulicularly enjoy my buying experience at Courtesy Chevrolet, came for the buy one get one Black Friday special and it was as To be honest I didnt partulicularly enjoy my buying experience at Courtesy Chevrolet, came for the buy one get one Black Friday special and it was as pressure packed as I was warned it would be, and dont feel I was treated completely honestly. After that experience I was determined to never buy from a dealer again. Since then I have had a few issues with the vehicle, and I did buy an extended warranty, AND IT HAS COME IN HANDY!!! What has comoletely changed my mind about Courtesy Chevrolet are the superb customer service representatives that on very short notice helped me get my car into ths shop, and provided me with a loaner vehicle so my wife could get around while I was deployed (until the vehicle was repaired). Christian Bazan in particular stood out and helped me to have a fantastic experience. His customer service alone made me comoletely change my mind about Courtesy Chevrolet and dealerships in general. Thank you very much Christian!!! More

Excellent service, as always. 'Courtesy' is the right name for the company. Everyone is so pleasant to deal with - from the service writer to the cashier. They always give me a shuttle ride to work and back while they service my truck that I bought there in 2008. The drivers are always so nice and friendly, and are good drivers, too. One thing that sets this dealership apart from others is their appreciation of Veterans. Their complementary service for veterans is wonderful. It is so nice to be appreciated. The complementary car wash is nice, too. I had it washed two days ago but some rain and dust destroyed the clean truck. Courtesy made it shine again. Tim Jackson is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. I hope he is around forever. I trust him implicitly to give me the straight scoop about my vehicle and what it needs. More

Beware of Hidden Charges on Contract!!!! Although the Employees of the dealership are friendly beware of whats on your final contract before you sign! We didn't and there was almost $7000 add Although the Employees of the dealership are friendly beware of whats on your final contract before you sign! We didn't and there was almost $7000 added to our final contract for things we never asked for. When the dealership was questioned about it, their response was they do this to all certified used cars. This is fraudulent and very shady. Do not deal with this very phony dealership!!!!!! More
