So many cars but I was out within one day! Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! It has been hotter than Hades in Phoenix, and I had never seen so many cars--ever, yet Tim is there with a smile, and Tim Jackson is one "cool guy"! Josh couldn't have been more informative and comforting while we decided on whether or not to buy. Then Steve in financing was even more informative and helpful.. if that's even possible. A total trifecta of awesomeness. Truly the only one hiccup (a key fab situation) we were missing one... they made it right by honoring their word before we left the lot and will be making another for us... Service experience was horrible Van was in by 7:30 am, they were looking at the A/C. I tried to call around 2 pm to get an update as I had not heard from them. I could not get to a Van was in by 7:30 am, they were looking at the A/C. I tried to call around 2 pm to get an update as I had not heard from them. I could not get to anyone live. The messages kept saying it was a peak time and leave a vmx. I left a vmx and then called back several times with the same response - vmx only. The service person finally called me back after he had gone home and said they were not done with my vehicle. I asked why and he said they had not yet found the issue with the A/C. They kept is another day and he finally called mid day on the next day to tell me the van was done. I went to pick it up after work. They had one cashier and I stood in line for 30 minutes to pay. then they told me it would be at least 15 minutes for them to get my van for me. Supposedly they recharged the A/C. No explanation of what was wrong or what they found. When I picked the van up, there was NO Change in the A/C situation or cooling. I lost 2 days and $200 and the A/C is no better. Go to any other place you can to get your vehicle serviced. this group is not competent, customer focused and are willing to rip off your money and not fix your problem. More
