The first time, one of our cars was towed into the dealership due to the battery being dead. This time, we needed an alignment after getting new tires, and again Tim worked us right into the schedule. I'd had to choose a new service adviser a month or so ago due to our previous (also excellent) adviser retiring. I checked these reviews and Tim had tons of 5-star reviews, plus somebody called him "Uncle Tim" in their review and that's all I needed to know! Tim is indeed like a really nice uncle+excellent service adviser -- super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. You definitely can't go wrong if you choose Tim!
