The only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is due to the haggle that is typical when it comes to the sell itself. My mother has recently moved in with us under Hospice care and cannot be left alone. I needed service on my car and when I explained to Tim that I had "coverage" for my mother that day, he set it up to come in when I could make it, found a loaner car for me when there was none to be found and had me on my way within 15 minutes of dropping my car off for service. When it was finished, he called "just to let me know" it was done but that I could pick it up whenever it was convenient for me. This was on top of going his usual extra mile to take care of any issues we may be having. I cannot say enough about Tim - I hope he is able to read this for himself, because we really appreciate him. This is not the closest dealership to our house by FAR, but we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thanks (again) Tim!! Margaret and Tom Ott More

Make sure you get the right sales guy, NOT Roberto I went into Courtesy for one specific car that had just been advertised, Roberto Romero was the sales guy next on the draw. We told him what we were I went into Courtesy for one specific car that had just been advertised, Roberto Romero was the sales guy next on the draw. We told him what we were looking for, and he walked out to the far side of the lot, but the vehicle was not there. So. we walked inside for him to try and find the vehicle. It took some time, but he finally found the vehicle, it was waiting for the detail shop. The vehicle was a 3/4 ton Suburban and there are not many out there, so we went and looked at it before the detail. After inspection we decided to negotiate for the car. Roberto was just standing by while Edwin and Josh worked the deal. I finally was running out of time. Gave them my offer and they took it. With no time to go through the long paperwork march, I told them to charge a down payment to my credit card and I would be back when the car was ready. As we walked out the door, Roberto was already trying to get me to send him referrals and rate him on this site and google. But for me. That is when the service should start. All he wanted was a referral. When I returned to pick the vehicle, it was missing a strap that was in the vehicle, so we had to go and find it. This took some significant time, and it is one of two things I asked Roberto to make sure stayed in the vehicle. The other one was the cargo mat. I called Roberto and told him the cargo mat was also missing. he said he would get right on it. I spoke with him three times, each time, he blamed someone else for the mat, and the reason why he did not return my call. After the last communication with him, I gave it a week and he never called. I was prepared to walk away, but gave one more chance to the dealership. Jason Church and Debbie jumped on making sure I got a new mat, because in the time Roberto did not deal with it, the old one was discarded. They made sure I was happy and had all that I needed. While I was there as a disgruntled customer Robert came and said he was sorry, and blamed it on others. I told him, "It was you that did not call me back" He still tried to blame others, and then actually asked again for a referral. I told him I would not refer anyone to him, but I promised to write a review. Courtesy was fine... They even made things right after Roberto's apathy and nonchalance. But stay away from Roberto Romero.. More
Visited once and didn't buy a car Joe Mitchell was a nice guy and not very pushy about buying a car. We're still shopping for cars.
