He introduced me to Oscar and asked him to give me a demonstration of the Volt. It was clear Oscar new a lot about the Volt--he explained how the car worked in contrast to a pure combustion engine, the features, and benefits. I was sold on the car, but I was also sold on Oscar. Was a used vehicle internet price was $7000 as we put a significant amount down ($3000) we are able to negotiate the price down to $6500. The finance personnel named Brandon Goldstein completed our loan process. First of all he did not explain the breakdowns on the amounts we were being charged. While signing I was told $8661 vehicle price includes service warranty, afterward noticed I was charged separately for service warrant. So we ended up being charged and pull credited for (8661-6500) $2100 more. Since the following day I called 4/5 individuals so far & left VM but none has responded so far. Was a huge screw up on my ended. Terrible experience!! More
