Pleasantly surprised I was a little reluctant going to a dealership to start my car search and instead went with Carmax. Despite hearing great things about carmax, the dea I was a little reluctant going to a dealership to start my car search and instead went with Carmax. Despite hearing great things about carmax, the deal I got was way overpriced and the interest was outrageous so I returned the car. I sat down with David Escobar and let him know what I was looking for and we ended up finding a newer model, with some upgrades, and about a 4th the mileage of the car I was in. I still went through the normal price negotiations, but at the end of the day David and Edwin Puga helped get me into a better car at a much better deal. They helped get in contact with carmax to make sure I could get everything returned and squared away with them, and helped to make the paperwork as seamless as possible. I would recommend anyone going here for good customer service and if you want to have a good experience for first time car buyers! More
