When she says she will get back with you at a certain time she always come through. She is really a people person. She even put my daughter's plates on her car. When I arrived the gentleman I spoke to was too busy to assist me, so I was passed off to another sales person who simply walked me in a circle and then said, yeah we probably don't have anything. So I left and for some reason thought I would try again for the salesman I spoke with all week. After arriving, I was told that he was still to busy and was pushed off a second time. And who would have guessed we walked maybe 200 yards and then I was told maybe a different dealership would be a better option. Why waste my time with 10's of emails telling me I have to come in and see what they have, only to tell me that they def don't have anything? More

PURCHASE OF NEW SILVERADO I HAD VISITED A DEALERSHIP EARLIER THAT DAY TO SHOP FOR A COMPETITOR'S TRUCK. USUALLY THERE ARE MANY SALES PERSONS GREETING YOU. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. AFTER BEING DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF INVENTORY, I DROVE TO COURTESY CHEVY. I WAS PROMPTLY GREETED BY LAMAR AND ANTONIO. THEY WERE VERY INTERESTED IN WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED IN MY NEXT VEHICLE. This would include doc fees, etc. (not sales tax) I was a cash customer or these would have be buried in your payment. Also, do not give them the keys to your vehicle. I asked four times for them to be returned and I had to meet the sales manager to get them... and give him one last shot at me. There are better, honest dealers out there. More
