When my husband and I went to Courtesy Chevrolet we were not sure that we would get approved. Anthony Alfaro was referred to us by a prior employee and the second we met with him he was very friendly and p not sure that we would get approved. He ended up getting us approved with our bad credit and all. The vehicle we chose was not ready to be sold. Anthony Alfaro assured us that he would get the vehicle ready for us by the time we were ready to pick it up, which meant he pretty much was over seeing and helping finish the details on our vehicle. Anthony Alfaro was available anytime to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Anthony sent pictures of the vehicle to show the progress. He even came in on his day off to assist us. I own a 2006 chevy impala and a 2004 chevy trailblazer. I got them both at Courtesy Chevrolet. Over the years I had routine maintenance done at Courtesy Chevrolet's Service Center and Tim Jackson was my I got them both at Courtesy Chevrolet. However for the past 4 or 5 years I became very busy travelling to Calif. and back (visiting my ill mother and I made several trips to Idaho where we have a second home. Yesterday I took the trailblazer into Courtesy Service Center. I was feeling very uneasy because I hate to deal with car repairs, etc. I did not believe I would see the familiar face of my previous service rep. I was very concerned until I recognized Tim Jackson still there in his usual work station. He immediately remembered me and besides making me feel welcome - - he listened to my awkward description of what needed to be fixed on the trailblazer. He took charge and explained what repairs/improvements can be made. I left it all up to him. I was a great feeling and I am very satisfied withTim and Courtesy Chevrolet. More

Oil Change I called and Rich was able to get me in right away and at a time that was perfect for me. I was able to wait in the lobby with my daughter, have a sna I called and Rich was able to get me in right away and at a time that was perfect for me. We came to the lot and Jude walked up to us as soon as we got out of our old piece of crap car. I told him our financial situation and exactly what we were looking for and he worked his butt off to find a w got out of our old piece of crap car. We went in with the plan of getting a used vehicle, but Jude was able to get us a 2014 Chevy Cruze! We drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle with 7 miles on the odometer! (We have never owned a brand new vehicle before.) It took a while to set everything up, including the setting up of the OnStar system at the very end, Jude stayed patient and friendly even though we didn't pull off until almost 9:30 (30 minutes after closing). We moved to Phoenix two weeks ago from Minnesota, and Jude's professionalism, friendliness, and work ethic have made our first really big purchase, and new car buying experience a great one! Side note, everyone we dealt with was awesome. Martha in financing, Jeremy (I think) who helped with understanding the vehicle, and the gentleman who helped with registering our OnStar were all great too. Thank you so much! More
