While my truck was being repaired, we looked at vehicles on Tuesday, Feb. 25 before she was scheduled to report to the hospital at 2pm that day. This is her fourth child and needed a much spacious vehicle for her family. I believe it was Eric Montano who assist me with window repairs. I advised Eric that my daughter is contracting and due to have baby, he requested a rush job. We were able to make to the hospital and she had her baby that evening. A 9 lbs and 32 oz big girl. On 2/28/14 and 3/1/14, I return to Courtsey Chevrolet and spoke with Cande on both days. He was very kind and patient. Very courteous and respectful. He wasn't demanding or pushy. He was not negative in anyway. He made my visit comfortable. Cande is a great asset to your company because he is consistent and effective salesman. He is diligent in meeting my expectations in a vehicle sale. My encounter was very positive and my daughter and her children are very satisfied with the vehicle. I was looking for a used Corvette. They had the car I wanted, even though they were in another state. I contacted them about the vehicle and Brooke got back in touch with me fairly quickly. No matter how much I have asked different sales agents to take me off their call list, they also call me every few weeks to try to get me to trade in my car.
