We had a great experience buying our car at Courtesy Chevrolet. Everyone there was very nice, friendly, and helpful--even those that we didn't have direct dealings with. The whole atmosphere was positive, friendly and calm. We felt very lucky that we got Audel Torres as our salesman. We had a great rapport with him at the first hello. He has a great personality. He is very nice, very friendly and easy and fun to joke around with. He did everything he could to please us and never rushed us or put any kind of pressure on us. We were very particular in our likes and dislikes as we went along through the process of finding the car we wanted. He worked very hard to please us. He went and brought every car up to the front so we could see it by itself and when we couldn't fully decide on the color he brought them up and parked them next to each other so we could compare them and make our decision. We would say he is the best salesman we ever dealt with anywhere. Larry Banks came in on the money aspect of it and he also was a great guy. He spent time with us to make sure we felt we were getting a good deal and he also has a light hearted fun personality. We did not want to buy a new car--we were very happy with the one we had, but we were rear ended and they totaled our car, so we had no choice. We got a beautiful Impala there and we would recommend the Dealership and Audel and Larry to anyone who is interested in buying a car. They are both a great asset to your sales staff !
