He listed to what we wanted and gave us viable options that would work with what we were looking for. He was available for follow up phone calls and any questions we had. David did not pretend to have all the answers, he was honest and straight forward which so many other sales persons lack. Good work David! Misty Gunter also did a great job she made the finance part clear and easy to understand. Misty took time to explain everything in a courteous way. The only negative is with the dealerships misleading website which has the exact 2013 Chevy Tahoe (stock #34083, which I purchased) listed at $35,000. This add only showed the general Tahoe rebate $3,000.00 and the $500.00 labor day rebate. the add was not clear if the $35,000 price included those two rebates. When I brought this to the attention of the sales manager, I was told the $35,000 price also included two other rebates which I did not qualify for. The GM employee rebate $3,000.00 and a USAA rebate $750.00. No were in the add did it reflect these two discounts. Why would you put this add online but not honor it at the dealership. This is false advertising by the dealership. More

Pete is the nicest, most sincere car salesman that I have every worked with in all of my years of buying cars. I would highly recomend Pete to any and all of my friends, family members and business associates if the every needed to buy a new or used car. I would always go to see Pete first no mater what car dealership that he worked at in the future and give hime an opportunity to help me buy another car. My family are true Pete Lane fans. More

He has the innate talent to work with customers, and his coworkers to get you into a car. He is respectful and friendly, and I felt at ease working with him. He went far above and beyond the standards to help me get into a my new car. And all in a reasonable time, and the deliverance was excellent. If you're are in the market for a used/new vehicle, I recommend shopping at Courtesy Chevrolet and talk to David Escobar! More

Several years back Courtesy Chevrolet serviced a vehicle of mine, and I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service I told myself "If I ever buy a Chevy I will go back". Well it is years late of mine, and I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service I told myself "If I ever buy a Chevy I will go back". Well it is years later and I have never forgotten how satisfied I was with my visit to Courtesy. So last week I drove past 3 or 4 closer Chevrolet dealers to get to the one I remembered. And I am glad I did. I drove onto the lot and stepped out of my vehicle into the Phoenix heat, and was promptly greeted by James Balazs. Not only did James make me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer, he took the time to make me feel not rushed nor pressured, AND he introduced me to his thirst quenching favorite in the Courtesy deli, the "Arnold Palmer". James saw to it that I was as cool and as comfortable as I could be, and my truck shopping was a pleasant experience. The excellent customer service did not end there, Martha Keith made the financing process very pleasant. She was kind, professional, and listened to my needs. To sum up my experience; James and Martha went above and beyond and provided that impressive customer service that led me back to Courtesy to begin with. If he was unable to answer a question he went above and beyond to figure it out. Vincent even helped drive out my new car to another dealership so I can turn in my old lease on time! George, the dealership's manager was also extremely helpful. I am not the type of person to just sign and drive, and George really stepped it up to earn my business. We crunched numbers until I was satisfied with the justification of the total cost. Since leasing my 2013 Chevy Malibu, I have received courtesy follow-up phone calls, courtesy shuttles to and from work as needed between car services, and a free oil change. I highly recommend this dealership with no reservations. More
