I really did not have any reason to not make a purchase. My experience at the dealership was great as usual. I have purchased 2 other vehicles from Courtesy over the past 7 years and have always been pleased with their efficiency, straight forwardness, and friendly service. It is somewhat of a hardship for me to use Courtesy since I live 30 miles from the dealership. But because of the way they handle the sales transaction, from the time I entered the door through detailed explanation of the features of my new vehicle, Courtesy IS where I will any future Chevrolet products and services. The entire staff was friendly and fully disclosed all aspects of the deal which I very much appreciated. More

I went into the dealership because of a USAA buying service. Eric was extremely helpful and did work hard to make a deal happen. The folks I mentioned worked as a team to make things happen. He was conscientious of my limited availablity to pick up so I could start a stress free trip. Esme was very helpful and friendly when I was in a rush to pickup just before closing-explaining what was done and why. We have serviced our Hummer here when we first moved here and I would recommend coming here-they were able to get parts and have them installed quickly vs the Cadillac dealerships we have tried when recommended via the web. Last night about 2300 hours I went out to get into my car and it did not start. I submitted a online apt for the service department at courtesy chev. I got an email immediately from the customer service manger. I called at 0700 on 30 Jul 2013 and spoke to John Bertozzi. He calmed me down and was very professional. He told me I did not have to wait to bring my vehicle, in fact he told me to come right now and do not wait for my appointment time. This made me feel so good. When I arrived, he was there to meet me. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle. He said it was the battery and that is was under warranty. This was the best customer service I have received at a dealership service area. He even bought me coffee. I was thinking this guy needs to be promoted. His customer service was way above what I expected. He called me after I left to make sure everything was ok with the vehicle. I will always bring my vehicle back to them and if I buy another one I will start here first. More
