Glen took the time to explain the paperwork and let me know what exactly I was signing and why. He even took the time to let me know when I need to come back in a resign some documents due to a typing error. I felt very comfortable working with him. Alaina (I believe this is the correct person) upon providing me with my keys to my new vehicle make sure that I understood the transaction, what was in my manual and helped make sure that the OnStar free trial was up and running before I left the lot. She was very pleasant to work with and very patient with me and my grandchildrens. Overall, I am completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership to others fo the purchase of their vehicles. Spent three hrs at a competetor (we left with a migraine) previously, before getting to courtesy chevy, phoenix. we wished we had come here first!!!!!!!!!!! So sorry, they would not respect our time to "think about it" even as we told them we were going to lunch to think clearly after an onslaught of one sided sales pitches.
