Alaina (I believe this is the correct person) upon providing me with my keys to my new vehicle make sure that I understood the transaction, what was in my manual and helped make sure that the OnStar free trial was up and running before I left the lot. Spent three hrs at a competetor (we left with a migraine) previously, before getting to courtesy chevy, phoenix. we wished we had come here first!!!!!!!!!!!
