I purchased my 2013 Chevy Sonic from Courtesy Chevrolet. I worked with Kelly Hanes, who was fantastic. So imagine my surprise when after having done my research and finding Courtesy had the best price on the car, that they also had such great customer service. Everything went great, car was priced the way it should be, Kelly was low pressure and showed me a variety of choices of cars in my range, and I left knowing I got a good deal. This car should last me quite some time, but when the time does come for a new one I will definitely come back to Courtesy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More

I had a transmission leak in my Saturn Outlook. By leak, I mean it was BLEEDING fluid. I originally took it to the dealership next door where I bought it. Andy took delivery of my car, and thoroughly inspected it and found a couple of other situations with it, also covered under my warranty. After arranging a loaner car for me, because he said he was going to end up having it "a while". I was pleasantly surprised when 2 days later Andy called to say my car was ready for pickup. Long story short, I am most please with the service I received at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix AZ, and with Andy Smith in particular. They even washed my Outlook for me before I picked it up.
