I was delightfully surprised with my experience at Courtesy Chevrolet. I had done my research on the car I wanted to purchase (2013 Chevy Cruze) and Anthony Lopenzo answered all of my questions over t Courtesy Chevrolet. I had done my research on the car I wanted to purchase (2013 Chevy Cruze) and Anthony Lopenzo answered all of my questions over the phone before I came in. Actually, he took all of my calls as I was considering offers from multiple dealerships. He was kind, patient, informative, and friendly...not pushy at all like I have experienced at other dealerships in the area. I arrived at the dealership 90 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, I called ahead and although Anthony was with another customer, he assured me that I would be taken care of with great care by another trusted associate. When I arrived, Eric greeted me warmly and was well informed about what I had discussed with Anthony up to that point. Eric took me through a walk through of the car, and even though I have driven it many time before on business trips, he managed to teach me several things I didn't know which was a nice surprise. After the test drive, Eric and the internet sales manager showed me the paperwork and set me up with the finance department. There was a tiny hiccup with the paperwork, I had negotiated the price with Anthony to include the cruise control accessory kit, an add-on that would be installed by the dealership's pro shop. This was not included in the paperwork and I noticed it at the last minute. For reasons unknown, the offer would not include the full cost of the part and instillation; however, Eric and the manager did provide me with a great savings on the accessory. Finance wrapped up my paperwork fairly quick as I had been previously approved for a loan through my credit union. Since it was late and most of the employees had gone home, I brought the car back to the dealership on Monday for detailing and a full tank of gas. I was able to meet Anthony in person and he took excellent care of me. The customer lounge is amazing! Great wifi connection, ample conformable seating, and a great snack/beverage bar. The car looked great when it was cleaned up. I'm heading back in later this week to have the cruise control installed, to pick up the owner's manual and spare key. I was very pleased with all of my interactions with Courtesy, Anthony and Eric are fantastic, and the company really does live up to its name. More

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Courtney Chevrolet and I doubt that I will buy one from anyone else in the future. My situation was not an easy one in regards to financing and getting the right vehicle but Kelly and Jeremiah went above and beyond the normal duty range top make it all happen. Martha Keith and Lauren we very kind and answered all my questions and concerns even though it was past closing time on a Saturday night. I had a great deal made through Eric. The deal I had was a very difficult deal to make due to my financial history but Eric made it work. Brandon Bender was a pleasure to work with. In all honesty, my car buying experience was a little hectic to say the least. As the ol' saying goes, it's not about the fumble but about how you recover that matters. Anyone could have an almost perfect experience and write a positive review but not everyone goes above and beyond to make things right when things dont run smoothly. During my car buying experience Eric Steffes made sure that I was taken care of throughout the whole process regardless of the hiccups. He was attentive, thoughtful and fought for my rights as a customer, making sure that I was taken care of from the minute I walked onto the lot, to the day I walked out the door with my brand new Chevy Sonic RS. No matter what Eric found a way to make it right. Based on my experience and how Courtesy responded when things didn't always go as planned, I now keep Eric's business cards in my car so when people ask me where I bought my car, I can refer them directly to Eric. It's even more of a testament to the team as a whole. I know that my experience was atypical since my parents have bought 3 cars from Courtesy (Eric) and each time was flawless leaving them driving away happy customers. From the General Manager down to the receptionist, Courtesy is top notch when it comes to providing a positive customer experience and I guarantee that no matter what happens during your car buying experience you will leave a happy customer.
