Lamar did a fantastic job of giving a sales pitch, showing me the selection, and walking me through the process with as little pain as could be expected. I received many calls from Courtesy Chevrolet over the last three months. I purchased a Camaro from them in 2010 and they wanted to buy it back. I finally relented and agreed to take a look at what they had to offer me for an upgrade. I had a V6 and was thinking about a V8 SS Camaro. I met with a salesman and drove a couple of models. I drove an automatic and a standard. I really liked the standard. Oh what power that car has! It would have been a great first day experience had it not been for a minor oversight on the sales persons part. GAS! The test drive is where it ran out of gas. OOPS! All was fine after gas was put in and I returned to the dealer. Next was some number crunching. That was sort of OK. Not what I really wanted, and the waiting time for the semi OK deal, was UNBEARABLE. I finally left after being swarmed by salesman and begged to wait "Just five more minutes." I then decided to just probably let it all go and keep what I had. However, the next few days and SEVERAL phone calls later from the dealer, I went back with the terms I wanted to make a deal written down on paper and was just not willing to settle for anything else. Mr. Scott Gruwell, the owner of the dealer had heard all about my experience and wanted to make it right. Mr. Larry Banks, the new care sales manager was also involved in helping to close my deal on my terms. I almost settled for an automatic even though I wanted the standard and was actually ready to finalize it. Mr. Gruwell came through and made some calls and had a standard V8 brought over from another dealer. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY I was to hear this. Mr Allen Parker was the man on a mission! He went over to the other dealer and personally drove MY car back to Courtesy Chevrolet, had it fully detailed and everything. I was like a kid at Christmas!!! I never saw this particular car either, and I was BLOWN AWAY! It had everything I wanted and I got the sweetest deal I could possibly ever get. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH, Scott, Larry, Allen, Russell in finance, and the guest service manager, Lauren. My experience started out a bit rocky, but ended up smooth as silk!!! More

Keith was very helpful and patient in helping me select and purchase my new truck. She was very knowledgeable and persistent in getting me the best possible interest rate available with my credit. More than once I came back to another surprise of reduced interst rates with Martha. I had 2 items added to my purchase thru the Pro shop. The workmanship was good. The only concern I have is that when I brought my truck into the shop for the scheduled install of an alarm and tailgate lock. I had requested to the Pro shop person that I had 2 concerns with the vehicle that I wanted the service department to inspect/correct. When I went to pick up my truck I was told that the technician had stated that the conditions wrong with my vehicle were normal for that vehicle as I was told and he referred to it was the work truck line of Chevrolet trucks and his final diagnosis was it was normal for that line. I have purchased a 2013 Siverado LS. To my knowledge this is not the work truck line. It is alot nicer than the standard WT. Second I know enough about vehicle maintenance and mechanical to know that when a vehicle makes a clunk in the transmission when shifting down to first gear and then back up into secind this is not normal. Also a rough idle where you can feel the engine miss and can see the tachometer fluxuating visually on the gauge is not normal. In short I feel blown off about these issues. i just paid over $25000 for a truck and I have concerns that the service department blew me off about. So for me this raises concerns about my vehicle quality and the type of service I may expect in the future. More

We were able to get a wonderful car at a great price and are very happy with our purchase.
