I went to this dealership to look at the 2013 Malibu. When I pulled into the dealership I popped the curb and my tire blew out... I parked my car and got out. I was greeted by David Escobar. Rather than saying the cheesy line of "Looks like we need to get you a new car" He asked if I was going to need any help changing the tire. However I did not have a spare tire with me. I called AAA and they were going to come tow me (they would be there in 90 min) David offered to give us a ride to get a tire, but discount tire was closed so I said lets just look at the Malibu. David had great product knowledge and really made me fall in love with the Malibu. Being a first time buyer I needed to have a little bit more down so I could get the Malibu in my price range. Not a problem at all, they offered me the best price and I will be back once I have that money. Anyway, AAA came and they didnt have a spare tire. Jerry Monreal suggested we take the spare off of a used Ram you had on the lot. Mike, the lot attendant pulled it up and changed the tire for me (I have no clue how to change a tire, which is why I have AAA) I brought the tire back the next day and Lucio and Bill Tiche were so pleasant and just glad they could help. David, Mike, Jerry, Lucio, and Bill treated me like a person, not a number. These gentlemen should be recognized for going the extra mile. I will be back to get my Malibu, and anyone I know who needs a car or truck will be referred to Courtesy Chevrolet. Thank you all again. More

I had been slowly looking for a used vehicle for the last couple of months, feeling out different internet sites and dealerships. I was really looking for a 4-door jeep. for whatever reason it really caugh couple of months, feeling out different internet sites and dealerships. I was really looking for a 4-door jeep. for whatever reason it really caught my eye. through some confusion.... it think... someone referred me to the tent event at the Cardinals stadium to look at the jeep selections out there. so on Saturday morning, I went out there and immediately got paired up with Kelly Hanes at the entrance... we proceeded to go through the tent, and she was extremely nice! she asked me what I was looking for, and I said, "i'm here to look at your used jeeps out here" she looked me and said... well you know this is only new chevys out here this weekend right??? I laughed and said, well this isn't going to work for me, thanks for your time. she wisely said, well since your here why don't you at least take a look at some of the trucks out there , (since I also referred to a wanting a ford truck maybe along with the jeep). she did a great job making feel comfortable to stay with pressuring me or throwing on liners at me... she listened and adjusted to my needs. courtesy really did get creative in making a deal I could be comfortable with. low and behold I love the chevy, and am extremely happy with my purchase. I will say this though... if it was anyone other than Kelly taking care of me... I highly doubt I would be doing this review, and without a doubt know I wouldn't be driving a new Silverado!!!! she is a great asset to your sales force!!! I filled out the online survey for her as she requested, and later found out after I contacted her back, that if I didn't mark completely satisfied on every category she would receive a negative score. that disappointed me greatly. the environment in sales that I come from, there is always room for improvement, and constructive feedback is worth more than false praise. the whole process of my purchase as a whole was great.... and everything that Kelly had involvement with was beyond stellar!!!! sincerely Jared Cleckner More

Eric Steffes has been absolutely wonderful to us from the get go. He was very patient with us; even when we wanted to test-drive several cars to find the right one for us. All the way through the deal, he was there with us, patiently explaining all of the steps we went through, even when it was after midnight when we finished. Lucy Tucker handled all the financing for us. She was so great to work with because she always treated us with respect and Courtesy, pun intended. Lucy was easy to work with because she explained every paper we signed and even reprinted some of the documents when I had found some errors in the numbers. She said, “All we care about is making sure that you are completely satisfied with everything we do.” Kelly Williams handled all of the final delivery of our new car to us. He was great taking time to go through the OnStar system and getting us setup with them. He explained all of the switches and levers and fancy new doodads on the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable on all of the vehicle innovations. I would WILL recommend Eric, Lucy, and Kelly to all my friends, family, and anyone else I meet or speak with that needs help purchasing a new car. More
