I purchased a car several weeks ago and needed to get parts installed into my vehicle. I was told to go to the service department to complete this service. Anthony contact me after I submitted a online request..he was very attentive & listened to my wants (i had a few specific requests for my used car)..had credit issues but the dealership was able to get me fi was very attentive & listened to my wants (i had a few specific requests for my used car)..had credit issues but the dealership was able to get me financed (i needed to provide a great deal of paperwork, but ended up getting financed without a co-signer)..there were a few bumps in the road & it took several trips to dealership (which was no where near my house or work)...Anthony always quickly responded to my questions & if he was unavailable then kelly was there to assist me...they even purchased girl scouts cookies from my daughter & passed around the order form to several other employees as well...this completely made my daughter's day...both Anthony & Kelly were flexible & accommodated the little free time this single mom had to spare. I was very happy with the entire experience until I received my new plate & registration tags in the mail...I specifically asked Anthony, Kelly & the 2 finance gentlemen I dealt with what the registration costs for my vehicle were for one year...when I was pointed out the cost on my paperwork by one of the employees, I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was...I was told that Courtesy Chevrolet gets an amazing discount from the DMV...this was completely inaccurate...my registration tags I received from DMV were only valid for approximately 2 months & by the time I received the tags in the mail they were only valid for a couple weeks...I questioned why dealership would only register car for a couple months & Anthony wasn't even aware that it was possible to register car for that short of time...Anthony told me "(1/2) Ok. I researched what is going on with that registration. So apparently, in order to keep costs down and out of the financing, they registered your vehicle for a couple months. You'll have to renew your registration at the MVD or servicearizona.com"....none of that was ever disclosed to me at any time during the car buying process...so at the time my first car payment was due I was also going to need to spend an additional $200+ to register my vehicle for 1 year...If I would have been made aware of this, I would not have agreed to the car purchase. I had no idea (even after asking multiple times to multiple employees) that my car purchase did not include 1 year registration...I was not ever contacted by anyone at Courtesy Chevrolet regarding this matter even though I made Anthony & Kelly aware of my dissatisfaction of the car registration process. More
