My old truck had finally run it's course which meant it was time for a new vehicle and you can only imagine my dread at the thought of having to go into ANY dealership and deal with high pressure sales people, and the unending string of managers who come along and try to throw in every add on and upgrade and price (cough couch Midway cough). So imagine my surprise when after having done my research and finding Courtesy had the best price on the car, that they also had such great customer service. Everything went great, car was priced the way it should be, Kelly was low pressure and showed me a variety of choices of cars in my range, and I left knowing I got a good deal. This car should last me quite some time, but when the time does come for a new one I will definitely come back to Courtesy and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More

I had a transmission leak in my Saturn Outlook. By leak, I mean it was BLEEDING fluid. I originally took it to the dealership next door where I bought it. Andy took delivery of my car, and thoroughly inspected it and found a couple of other situations with it, also covered under my warranty. After arranging a loaner car for me, because he said he was going to end up having it "a while". I was pleasantly surprised when 2 days later Andy called to say my car was ready for pickup. Long story short, I am most please with the service I received at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix AZ, and with Andy Smith in particular. They even washed my Outlook for me before I picked it up. I initially corresponded with Steve via email to find out if he had the vehicle I was looking for. He always responded promptly and with humor. When I arrived Steve was unavailable, so I was directed to Bo if he had the vehicle I was looking for. He always responded promptly and with humor. When I arrived Steve was unavailable, so I was directed to Bobby Lara. I had a wonderful experience with Bobby. He was knowledgeable about the car and had a sense of humor throughout the test drive. Once I decided on the car I wanted, Bobby did his best to close the deal that night, however I was not ready. Steve emailed me and we were able to come to a reasonable price and term. Steve and Bobby had texted me the pictures of the car so I would be reminded of what I wanted. When I came in to sign the paperwork, Steve made a sign and hung it up in the front window for me. He had the car parked and ready to go. Rick in the pro-shop went over the add ons available to me and then directed me to Glenn for the signing. Glenn made the process easy and fast. He answered every question I had with a smile and was readily available when I came in two days later with a question. Everyone at Courtesy was amazing and I am glad I chose them to do business with. I cannot say enough about them! More

They answered all our questions and are very knowledgeable about their vehicles. We feel we got a great deal on our truck. This is the first time I can honestly say I had fun shopping for and buying a new vehicle! When I went to the dealership the next day to bring in my title to my trade in, they welcomed me with open arms. Dan, our salesman was with another customer so Kelly jumped right in to help.They even detailed my truck again! My Fiance and I needed another vehicle. We had visited a couple other dealerships and test drove other potential vehicles before going to Courtesy Chevrolet. We actually did not plan on going into the dealership because by that point we were discouraged, one that we would not be able to qualify and two that no one really wanted to even try to help us. That last minute decision to go into Courtesy Chevrolet was the best last minute decision we have ever made! We walked into the dealership, were greeted, and assisted by a salesman by the name of Lamar. He asked us the reason for our visit and we explained we were interested in purchasing a vehicle. Lamar invited us to take a look at the different car styles and types they had available. We were really impressed because out of all the dealerships we had previously been to, this was the first time a salesperson actually wanted to take the time to show us what was available and get an idea of what we would like. This was quite different from the other sales people who showed us one car that they thought we could qualify for which is a vehicle we would never have even considered buying. And then it was as if they were doing you a favor by even taking the time to talk to you. Lamar, on the other hand, was very friendly and made us feel extremrly comfortable like we had been friends for years. After having been to the previous dealership across the street,we felt deflated. Never once did Lamar make us feel like that and we truly appreciate that. He asked appropriate questions and showed us a selection of beautiful vehicles. Lamar went through each of the vehicles we were interested in and explained the features and costs. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle and answered all of our questions. We fell in love with a 2013 Chevy Malibu in an Atlantis blue metallic color, but were hesitant because we knew we had some challenges that could prevent us from qualifying. From the very first contact with Lamar, he was always very straight forward. He never overpromised nor under delivered if anything quite the opposite. He truly made us feel that he would work hard for us and do what he could to see if there was a possiblity we could qualify for the car we fell in love with. He kept in contact with us and called us when he said he would. He invited us to attend the TENT EVENT they had so we could possibly qualify for financing the vehicle since there would be many lenders who might be able to help us. I could probably go on forever to praise Lamar for his help and honestly even if we didn't leave today with a new 2013 Chevy Malibu because of Lamar and a super awesome finance manager Martha, we still would have to give them the best rating possible. Lamar and Martha went above and beyond what was expected and proved that in this sometimes unkind industry there are still people like Lamar and Martha with an amazing work ethic and a true character!! When I went in to Courtesy Chevrolet I had intentions of getting another used car to replace the one I had driven to the dealership. Audel immediately offered to help me in that search. Since I had done no preliminary work in researching a car that was right for me and I needed to replace the one I brought to the dealership, Audel had to work through that selection process with me. Audel was patient and listened to my queries as we looked at used cars. By listening he focused on what would interest me. Then I saw a group of colorful little cars parked along the building and asked him what those were called. He said they had just come in from Chevrolet and were called the "Spark." He quickly followed my interest and offered to show me the new Spark. Audel made the experience of finding a replacement vehicle a terrific experience. That good feeling followed me to every individual I sat with as I completed the sales process. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Courtesy Chevrolet!
