Upon completeting the transaction and getting the truck, I was extremely surprised to find multiple features on the truck were not functioning. After some investigating I discovered there are PC Chips missi I was extremely surprised to find multiple features on the truck were not functioning. After some investigating I discovered there are PC Chips missing from the truck due to the Chip Shortage. This was never disclosed to me, and to further illustrate my frustration I was assured multiple times in the sales process this is a "Certified" Pre owned truck with only 7k miles on it, and it's in perfect condition wiht no recalls. So know I'm wondering if the truck was even inspected at all, and feel taken advantage of so they can make a sale. I contacted the salesperson and was just told to go to service and wait a year until the recall catches up. A manager then called me and is trying to get a chip faster. I appreciate his help and hope it gets done. I really feel taken advantage of, and lied to by Courtessy and would have expected more. I probably would not have bought this particular truck had I known. More

Car listed on Autotrader was verified to be on-site, dealer price listed on Autotrader was MSRP. After arriving at the dealer within 30.minutes I was told.the car was not available but they had a simila dealer price listed on Autotrader was MSRP. I indicated I was interested.but.they than proceeded to tell.me.there was a $15k dealer markuo even though there ad indicates no dealer addendum applicable.to any vehicle sold.
