I bought a Grand Caravan on saturday 10/20/12 that day the attention was wonderful, when we were driving our Van back to our house, the Van started checking when we hit the brakes that experience was very the attention was wonderful, when we were driving our Van back to our house, the Van started checking when we hit the brakes that experience was very scary, we inmediatelly contact our sales person Brooke Slader and she helped us, we came back on Monday after work and Lucio Gomez received us with a very rude attitude and told us that we have to drive the Van like that and come back on Wednesday, he doesn't care about the risk that he put my family under; this is not ACCEPTABLE, I'm paying for 2011 pretty much new car just 1 year old, and just because he doesn't want to received the car and give me another car meanwhile they fix the Van, like correspond to the dealer. The managers are suppose to resolve customers needs and they are the last step when escalate action is needed, I really don't know what idiot make this guy a manager he doesn't know how to treat a customer with respect he is careless manager ...Really? When I called back my sales person (Brooke Slader) and she get in title of the situation, NOW I FEEL THE DEALER REALLY CARE ABOUT MY FAMILY. More
My husband and me, we just bought a Grand Caravan, worked with Brooke Slade was the most surprising and great experience, for a car sales person, she was not pushing us in any way to put us in what ever piec with Brooke Slade was the most surprising and great experience, for a car sales person, she was not pushing us in any way to put us in what ever piece of metal, in my previous experience I worked with Toyota in Tempe, Saturn in Tempe, Gateway Chevrolet, Brown and Brown chevrolet in Mesa and they were nasty sellers, I won't never come back to them, but the experience with Brook was outstanding, she respect every dollar that you will pay for the car, and she doesn't treat you as just "the buyer" she treated us really as family, where ever she goes,we were go to follow her for our car next year, I highly recomend Brooke Slader for any position over sales person. When we went to Courtesy, we had an idea of what we wanted and a price range we had in mind. Lamar introduced himself (first impression, very good, friendly)and we went from there. We told Lamar what t wanted and a price range we had in mind. Lamar introduced himself (first impression, very good, friendly)and we went from there. We told Lamar what type of vehicle and price range we had in mind and he showed us what they had. We took 2 vehicles out for a drive and decided which one we wanted. In the end, we paid a little more than we had in mind but quite simply, very happy with the car, very happy with Lamar and very happy with the overall experience. More
I was looking for a new SUV, and the reason I usually start my deals through internet is because I get a really good price upfront and even better when I am closing the deal in person at the dealership, start my deals through internet is because I get a really good price upfront and even better when I am closing the deal in person at the dealership, I do not like to waist the time of people and mine. I exchange 5-6 emails (most of them same day), and I find out that I have a better price from other dealership, I just told this person that I have a way better deal with a couple of other dealers, that I appreciated his interest but I will move forward with the one of the others (I do not like the 20 times back and forward to get the "best deal"), It seems that he did not like it and just told me that it was impossible and that they just were telling me what I want to hear, we were not in the same page and was good to find out so early in the process so we do not waste each other time........ I am completely agree, will look for the ones that are pushing to get my business. ..... Jason Church contacted me later, totally different approach, but at the end overall experience wasn't any good, I changed some rate numbers, I do not have a doubt that they are the number one dealership, sometimes you loose ground and have to come back to the basics. After about a week or two long process now, working out schedules, waiting on call backs from various 3rd parties and trying our best to coordinate the final documentation and sale of the 2010 Toyota Corol schedules, waiting on call backs from various 3rd parties and trying our best to coordinate the final documentation and sale of the 2010 Toyota Corolla I've had my eye on, I have finally purchased the vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet. Initially, I ran into some PR static from certain management personelle, but now that I am finally at the end of the sales process, I can honestly say that Courtesy Chevrolet staff more than made up for any blunders early on. The initial sales process was a bit rocky and uncertain. However, my sales rep., Brooke Slade, stayed on top of the whole process and kept me informed daily about the car, the status of my application and paperwork, made sure that the schedules of everyone involved worked cohesively, and provided my co-signer and me the absolute best service I've ever experienced with a car dealership ever (and I've been to more than a few dozen in the last 12 months alone!). She was personable, reasonable, informed, and not afraid to admit she didn't have an answer. But the praise doesn't stop there. She more than went above and beyond the standard to get me all the information I needed, requested, and definitely could have used prior to completing the sale. As a first time car buyer, I am new to the process and had plenty of questions for her. When I stumped her, she took it as a personal challenge to find me the answers as quickly as possible. That is something I rarely see anywhere in the professional world these days. I greatly appreciate the quality of service provided by my sales rep. and the patience, knowledge, and courtesy provided by my financial rep., Alex Espinoza. He was very professional and took the time to make absolute certain than I and my co-signer were well informed about everything we were signing and agreeing to. There were no loopholes or hidden fees. The contracts were very transparent and easily understandable. Our questions were answered very thoroughly and he had no problems repeating information and explaining more in depth what each part meant in its entirety. He knows the contracts very well and was able to provide examples and reasons for almost all of my questions. His genuine politeness was also a big stress relief in this first time car buying process for me. He made sure that I and my co-signer were provided with copies of everything for our convenience and that is definitely something much appreciated. Despite the initial rockiness, the staff at Courtesy Chevy - from the receptionist to one of the other reps. helping out Brooke keep track of the status of the car for me - has been extraordinarily helpful, polite, patient, considerate, and informative. They made sure that I, as a customer, was well taken care of and put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. This overall experience is something I will be using to compare all my future car buying experiences to, and it will definitely be hard to beat. I look forward to continued excellent customer service as I return for routine maintenance on my newly purchased 2010 Toyota Corolla over the next several years. I would - and have already - highly recommended Courtesy Chevy Phoenix to anyone looking for a new or used car, and/or looking to trade in. Courtesy Chevy provides as good a product as they do service and there's something to say for that. I would also like to thank Brooke on behalf of Granddad Gene for treating him with such respect and courtesy. He looks forward to having Grandma come in and see some of the new cars you have on lot in the near future. I hope Brooke is up to the challenge of selling to Grandma! More
David was a very patient salesman. He was understanding when the morning after the first signing I had buyers remorse for adding the Warranty to the monthly cost of the car. He did not push the warranty o when the morning after the first signing I had buyers remorse for adding the Warranty to the monthly cost of the car. He did not push the warranty on me and understood we would just wait to purchase it until it made more economic sense to buy it for us sometime during the first 3 years of the already full warranty from GM. David also took off the window tint that another dealer had installed when I found out it was going to bother my husband to have it on and took the price for it off the car cost and did not charge to remove it either. He rewrote the contract to remove both the warranty and window tint so we could have as low a monthly payment as possible. Brittany helped my husband and I with initial introductions to OnStar and our new car. She did not push when we told OnStar we wanted to decline to purchase the car having its own phone number. I have two cell phones already, and really did not need a third one. After my husband left, Steve spent hours with me teaching me how to understand all the new gadgets on the car and even hooked up my work android to it so I could use the car to do hands free dialing and talking. When there was one part he did not know, he dug into the manual until he figured it out and explained it too me until he was sure I understood. The price for the car was great. I found out I could use my Dad's GM retiree's status to get a Preferred price on the car. Then found out the price I was already quoted was actually lower than that price. So with great price, patient dealership, and great explanation on a very complex car, I would buy from this dealer again for a new car. More
