Wow! I don't really know where to start. First off, I'm sure everyone at the dealership is friendly. But, my experience with Jeremiah Duncan and Anthony Alfaro was AWESOME. What a horrible experience and dealer! It was the worst. I have purchased about 6 new cars in the last 10 years and I have to say dealing with Courtesy Chevrolet has been the best! In internet sales there is no haggling, no xx, no upping your interest rate to keep a point or two for themselves. None of that. I originally started with Ivan Torres, but Ivan was not helpful at all. He would promise to call me, but would never call back. His phone always went to voicemail and he would never answer. After several failed attempts I finally called and spoke with the GM. Next thing I know, I am getting a call from EPI. He was great from beginning to end. Not only did he call me, but we shared several text messages, until we got exactly what I was looking for, THEN I came into the dealer. He had everything ready to go and the whole process after the test drive took less thank 2 hours. Pretty good for buying a car. Since then, EPI has continued to go above and beyond for me. He has even helped my parents find a new truck, which that review will come seperate. EPI is great, and I couldn't ask for anything else. "GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE" Thank you EPI. The reason I purchased my new truck at Courtesy Chevrolet was because of the professionalism of your sales associate, Kelly Hanes. When I stopped in to look at new trucks, Kelly listened to what I had to say was because of the professionalism of your sales associate, Kelly Hanes. I let her know up front that I was also going to check out new Ford trucks. I asked Kelly to send me information regarding the truck and all of the rebates. When I left, there was no pressure at all to buy that day. The following day Kelly e-mailed me the information I requested. I called the following week after deciding that my new truck would be a Chevy. I made an appointment and Kelly had a new truck with everything I had asked for, ready to drive. All my questions about the controls, etc., were quickly answered. I then purchased my new truck, and Kelly worked late into the evening to close the deal. More

I met with Nancy Gonzales on friday august 17 to inquire about purchasing a used auto through their "tough credit approval program". After choosing a vehicle to apply for, i made it clear SEVERAL TIMES to n about purchasing a used auto through their "tough credit approval program". After choosing a vehicle to apply for, i made it clear SEVERAL TIMES to nancy that i only authorize courtesy chevrolet to send my application to 1 bank, she said she would inform the financing department to do so. I had an obligation to get to so i told her to contact me in the morning regarding the status of the application. I spoke with her at about 11am on saturday and said i was approved. I asked her to let me know what the payment and interest rate was and she said she would call me back in a few minutes. After several hours of her ignoring my calls, i finally reached her finance manager and he provided me with details and then he proceeded to tell me in a raised voice that i was hard to work with. Today i checked my online credit report and found that they had sent my application to 8 banks! I cant believe how horrible this dealership is, i hear the commercials on the radio and thought they were an honest dealership. Now im stuck with 8 hard inquiries on my credit for 2 years and have decided not to do any deal with them. DO NOT do business with courtesy chevrolet, they will disappoint you, shame on them. More
