Based upon my last experience 2 years ago with Courtesy I had issues. Three hours later after an extremely positive experience from the time I spoke to the receptionsist to the time I walk out the door and got into my new 2013 4 Door Silverado, I was the happiest I have ever been leaving a car lot! Came in looking for a bmw z4 that was advertised, but had already been sold. I had Heather helping me she asked if there was anything else I was looking for. I told her I was also looking for a Pontiac Solst already been sold. I had Heather helping me she asked if there was anything else I was looking for. I told her I was also looking for a Pontiac Solstice. She was very quick about finding out if they had one on the lot. To my surprise they actually had a 2008 Solstice GXP. She asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive and of course I couldn't refuse. She was very friendly and a nice person to talk to while out in the test ride unlike a lot of another places where it can be uncomfortable sitting next to someone you don't know. After the test drive I worked with her and another person to work on my financing. They worked out a really good deal for the car for what it was and with my credit situation. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my experience I had at this dealership I would and do recommend them to people I know looking for a car.
