I wnet to Courtesy because Eric had called be back from an online application that i had filled out. I went there with the impression that i was going to get pressured into buying something that i did not an online application that i had filled out. I was referred by a close friend who told me I could have a better chance of finding the vehicle I was looking for, not to mention one of my top ten vehicles and the best financing possible based on my credi a better chance of finding the vehicle I was looking for, not to mention one of my top ten vehicles and the best financing possible based on my credit history. I messed up my credit so bad when I was younger which made me file bankruptcy; not the best choice, although I learned my lesson. Decided to give it a chance and did a search through the dealer's website. From the very first moment I showed interest on a vehicle through the website; within 45mins I got a call from Steve Rimer; after briefly learning about my credit status, income and what I was looking for, he gave me hope on being able to work with me. From the moment I got to the dealer, I was nicely received by the receptionist and then assisted by Nancy Gonzalez. Then I learned that Nancy and Steve were what you would call "teammates", and after talking to her and learning from her experience on dealing with customers with a similar backgroung as mine, I was able to sense that hope every buyer wants to feel when shopping for a vehicle. Everyone with bad or less then perfect credit always keeps in mind that a used vehicle with be the most affordable way to get a new car, but Nancy, kept that hope in me that I could possibly be able to get a better vehicle, rate and lower payment. Long story, short; I am now driving a brand new truck, with an affordable payment, lots of features, warranties, quality and the best of all one of the trucks I have always wanted. I am a really difficult person to deal with, I will say in a good way being that after my previous experiencies I have learned to make sure everything is done the right way. I ask so many questions that I could get on everyone's nerves, but it does help a lot. Even though I could have ended on a higher payment than the one I expected, if I follow their advice on how to reestablish credit, I am pretty sure I will be lucky to get through with it. Being in the shape I was, "creditwise", I cannot ask for miracles, but luckily enough, thanks to the Finance Dept, and to be more specific thanks to Russel Delmont, (great guy) it feels that everything is possible. Being honest, I had to put some money down, allow to be place on a higher payment with a higher interest rate and a longer term, but in the long run, it is up to me if I get in a better shape in the future; meaning, the whole team at the dealer (Steve, Nancy and Russel) have successfully done their part. "Placing me on a vehicle, New,that I can afford and most important fact, something I like. Things are possible, you just need to somehow sacrifize a little bit if you want to achieve them. Outstanding service, advice and great people to deal with! A big THANK YOU to Nancy, for being so patience with me and always giving me the answers I was looking for, I admit I am hard to deal with.
