After 10 years from purchasing my first new car, we were in an accident that unexpectedly totaled my car. We found ourselves with the daunting task of getting a new car in a very short amount of time, though I had not researched or test-drove a car in ten years! We had a very limited time to buy a car that would meet our needs and my style. My husband had worked with Eric previously and called to see if he could assist with the challenge. When I spoke to Eric he was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic. He listened to my wants/needs of a car. At the end of the conversation, Eric said that he wants to help find the right car for me. I previously test drove several cars, including different years/models of the Toyota Prius and thought the cars were intriguing, but couldn’t find the right model for our price range or me. After three days of test driving and researching, I was racing against the clock when I met with Eric to look at SUV’s. On the used car lot of Courtesy Chevrolet, there was a Toyota Prius. Eric shared his knowledge of the Prius, which peaked my interests even more, but unfortunately that particular car wasn’t for me. The next day, Eric called and said that he found the car for me! That morning Courtesy Chevrolet purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius with all the bells and whistles in the color that we were looking for from auction. Eric emailed pictures and was on his way to pick it up himself from the auction, so I could test drive it. He even offered to bring the car by my work. That evening, my husband and I purchased the car that was perfect for our needs, my style, and time constraint. After searching on Craigslist for used cars and local dealers, I found the ad for a new department of Courtesy Chevrolet that claimed to "help with financing and help build credit". Kno dealers, I found the ad for a new department of Courtesy Chevrolet that claimed to "help with financing and help build credit". Knowing how most dealers are, I called to find out what their financing process was and how they would possibly be finance a car for me with my credit history. I spoke with Frankie Blanco, and he assured me that if were to come in, they would more than likely be able to get me into a new car...not just any car, but the car I actually wanted. I didn’t believe him at first but so I missed the appointment I initially scheduled with him. 2 days later I got a follow up call and then again the day after that. After the 2nd call, I thought why not. Only thing they could tell me is no right? I hesitantly went into Courtesy Chevrolet believing that because of my previous credit history, I would be denied. Frankie took my paperwork and took it to the "invisible man" that calls the shots...his manager. I was prepared for the worst but to my surprise, Frankie came back and told me I was approved! From there, we went to look at cars...then I saw it, the Jeep Cherokee I've wanted since the first time I rented one. He noted the jeep and a couple of other choices and told me that he would work the deals. After working their magic, he told me that he could get me into the jeep and after a few signed contracts, I drove home with my jeep the same day. Courtesy Chevrolet is awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone worried about not being approved because of bad credit or no credit. I was approved with no co-signer and for the car I actually wanted! If you're thinking about going to one of the jankey little dealerships around town that sell you $3,000 cars for $10,000 at a 35% interest rate because they claim to help with bad credit, save yourself the headache and call COURTSEY CHEVROLET!!! They make you laugh while you wait and they play pretty good music! haha. Make sure you ask my boy Frankie Blanco! If not, all the other guys are cool too :) Andrea J More

My husband and I can not say enough great things about Courtesy Chevy and Anthony Lopenzo! In March we decided it was time to start shopping for my new car. I was very specific and knew exactly what I was looking for. It was important to me to work with a dealer/sales person that would not ask me to settle on anything else. I had a specific price in mind/monthly payment as well as how much money down we were willing to do. Since this was just a toy and not my "daily driver" we could afford to take our time and not settle for anything less than exactly what I wanted. I spoke to Anthony (via email most often, but through text/phone calls also) and he did not have the car on his lot but had no issue getting it for me and met all of the requirements on price/monthly payment the first time...no back and forth conversations/arguements that honestly I was expecting and ready for. We put a holding deposit down so that he could order my car (5 miles on it when delivered to the dealer-so had never even been test drove)....and he contacted us and even sent pictures when it was delivered. He drove it out to my house and we signed papers at my dining room table. This is truly my dream car and the experience was just incredible! We can't imagine buying another vehicle from anyone else.....so when my husband got truck fever a couple weeks ago I sent an email to Anthony to get this process going again. This, again, would not be his "daily driver" so we could afford to take our time and make sure he got exactly what he wanted. Tyson definately had some ideas on what he wanted on his truck but did want to go down and discuss them with Anthony. Even though I'd made it clear that at this point we were just looking and not really in the market to buy yet, Anthony set aside some time to educate/walk the lot with Tyson. When he left the dealer that day he knew exaclty what he wanted. A 2012 Chevy Silverado, Z71 4x4. He wanted to change out the rims/times as well as put a front end leveling kit on it. We again had a specific dollar amount/monthly payment as well as down payment in mind. Of couse, as before Courtesy did not have Tyson's truck on their lot but Anthony did not hesitate to locate one and had it at their dealership the very next day. We aggreed on everything and the truck was delivered to us that day and we signed papers at my office. Again, we did not have to cut any corners, settle for anything less than what was wanted, and all without any arguements. So 2 vehicles in 4 months, and we couldn't be happier! They currently have Tyson's truck putting on the new rims/tires and front end leveling kit as well as a spray in bed liner. We pick it up today and are excited to see the finished product. This dealer is truly awesome and Anthony is a pleasure to work with! We definately have and will continue to recomend Courtesy Chevy and Anthony to everyone we speak to about buying a vehicle!
