I came in expecting the worse since it was a big dealership. "NOT APPROVED" was all I was thinking about given the size of dealership. We knew we would be buying a truck soon, but were not sure if it would be a Ford Escape or a Chevy Colorado. The sales people were available, but not aggressive. We were looking for a used truck, but were told the one they had was not ready to be sold yet. They showed us a new Colorado to help us decide between the Ford and the Chevy. We liked the new Colorado, but it was out of our price range. By this time the used Colorado was ready to be seen. We were allowed to look at the truck as long as we wanted. We were offered to drive the truck, but not rushed. When we were ready to drive the truck, our sales man understood we need to listen to the truck and was considerately quiet until we returned to the lot. We were quoted a price at the beginning of the test drive and that price was honored when we began the purchasing process. We were given a fair trade in value for our older truck. The people in finance were very helpful and tailored everything to our needs. When we had problems locating the title for our old truck Lucy helped us and made it so easy to contact our lender for the needed paperwork. Since then I have been in a couple of times to ask questions and your employees Lamar, Lucy, and Herb still remember my name. Rodger from custom parts even helped us to choose a bed-liner and shell for our truck. This dealership has a small community feel in the middle of Phoenix, AZ. We will continue to service our new purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet. More
