This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I originally visited the dealership in may and we couldn't make a deal at the time there were no incentives for they Chevy cruzes. But Kelly Hanes kept on following up with me and July 1 they had a great deal for me. I got the money back for my trade and got a good deal on the Cruz. Kelly was all over it even after I bought my car making sure that my tint was done and even having them do it on July 4. Then she followed up with me a week later and had them do a wax on my car. I recently purchased a 2012 Camaro RS from Courtesy Chevrolet and I must say that this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Our salesperson, Anthony Alfaro was friendly, professional and worked Chevrolet and I must say that this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Our salesperson, Anthony Alfaro was friendly, professional and worked diligently to deliver our Camaro exactly the way we wanted it in record time. We completed the paperwork on a Friday night and Anthony indicated that since our Camaro was not on the lot, he would have it for us to drive home the following Monday since support personnel to arrange for the delivery would not be available until that day. Much to our surprise, we received a phone call from Anthony the following day to tell us that he personally transported our Camaro from where it was stored, that it was being detailed, and that we would be able to drive it home that same day! This service was not expected as we were perfectly happy to wait until Monday for delivery, but Anthony felt we would be happier if we had the car to enjoy for the weekend. We appreciated this very much and must say that Anthony's service and professionalism were exemplary. Russell Delmont, our finance manager drew up the papers and as usual, the amount of paperwork was overwhelming. As a result, there was a misunderstanding regarding the price and terms of an extended warranty. After leaving the dealership and carefully reviewing the paperwork, we concluded that we did not want to purchase the extended warranty at this time. A phone call created an appointment with Russell at which time, he understood our position and graciously made arrangements to cancel the extended warranty and apply those funds to our loan. Russell did his best to get us the best finance rate he could and we are very pleased with the rate and his efforts. We met Roger Fridlund in accessory sales and ordered a gauge package to be installed upon delivery of the gauges.The anticipated installation was quoted to be in a week's time. For reasons unknown, the package was not installed until 3 weeks after the promissed date and effective communication regarding the particulars of the delay was difficult at best. In frustration, I visited the dealership unannounced and asked for a customer service manager. At that point, I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremiah Duncan, the internet sales manager, and relayed my frustration in that I was in the dark as to the status of my gauge arrival and installation date. Jeremiah explained that Courtesy's level of service is typically better than this experience and that he would investigate the problem. A few moments later, Jeremiah indiacted that I should leave my Camaro with him, that the gauge package would be installed the next day, and provided me with a loaner (Chevy Volt)to use in the interim. I was completely taken aback at this immediate solution to the problem and Jeremiah's sincere effort to make things right. As promised, I received a call from the dealership the next day indicating that the installation was complete and that I could pick up my Camaro at any time. When arriving at the dealership, Roger Frilund met with me, walked me to my car, showed me the installation and chatted with me to be sure I was happy with the results. I was completely satisfied. The installation was professionally done, looked attractive and functioned perfectly. I thanked Roger for the installation and happily drove home. The bottom line is that Courtesy Chevrolet provided me with a great purchasing experience. The price of the car and the financing are very fair and although there were some misunderstandings and breakdowns in communication,the fine people mentioned in this narrative made things right quickly and fairly. In my lifetime, I have purchased 9 new different makes of automobiles from 9 different dealers. That being said, none of those 9 experiences were as pleasant, professional and equitable as this experience with Courtesy. Courtesy lives up to its name and proves that there is a reason why it has succesfully been in business since 1955.This includes the managerial ability to have survived the unfortunate economic climate at a time when other dealers were forced to close their doors. I cannot say enough about the quality of service that I received from Courtesy Chevrolet and my sales person Kelly Styles. I unexpectedly was in the market for a newer reliable car, but knew that I had som received from Courtesy Chevrolet and my sales person Kelly Styles. I unexpectedly was in the market for a newer reliable car, but knew that I had some hurdles to jump through. I wasn't working with the worlds best credit score and my car had just blown a head gasket. I called around to several dealerships some large and some "shady corner lots", all of them stating "come on down, we can get you in a car". This couldn't be further from the truth, really they just wanted me to come down to get me to spend more than I could afford. Enter Kelly Styles from Courtesy Chevrolet. I sent in an internet request on a vehicle and received a call from him short while after, being already put through the ringer so many other times I was reluctant to come in and hear the same thing over and over again. Kelly assured me that he was going to find a car that fit my criteria. I set up a time to visit him and we went over a few options. The first one was an ideal situation but too much for my monthly budget. After spending some time exploring other options, I decided that I had to go, leaving the conversation open to come back in when there was a car that fit my budget. A couple of days went by and Kelly called me back and told me to get my butt back in there, he had found me about 4 or 5 options. Wow, this guy really wants to help me I thought. Went back in, he showed me my options and I chose the Toyota Corolla. Let me say this, Kelly Styles showed me respect and dignity. I know that my credit wasn't great and that it sometimes makes you feel like you have less options when it comes to things like buying a car. Kelly not only showed me respect but he also told me to keep my head up and keep doing the things that are important like being a good dad!! I know that this buying experience has made me an ambassador for Courtesy Chevrolet, and any one of my friends that are in the market for a new car, will be visiting Kelly Styles and Courtesy Chevrolet.
