Once I bought my Mazda from the dealer I had some issues with my A/C and it had to be fixed the dealer picked up all prices and gave me a rent-a-car. However I had to go out of town for a while and they did with my A/C and it had to be fixed the dealer picked up all prices and gave me a rent-a-car. However I had to go out of town for a while and they did not want me to keep the car for 10 days when my car would be done in 3 they were really on top of the game and had to kind of bargin with me about how long I was able to keep the car. So even though I had to cut my trip down som they were really nice and let me do my thing with the car. Herb was very nice and highly professional. More

My husband & I had come from another dealership that had treated us so rudely we almost called it quits. We decided upon our sons referral to stop in and see Courtesy Chevrolet. Upon arriving Austin Hul had treated us so rudely we almost called it quits. We decided upon our sons referral to stop in and see Courtesy Chevrolet. Upon arriving Austin Hulett greeted us and I have to say instantly he as amazing! He listened to what we were looking to achieve and asked many questions to make sure we found what we wanted. Austin took his time to show us what was available & what options we had. Once we decided what we wanted it was time to make the numbers come together. This is where we met George Salman. George came over and again listened to what we needed in order to make the purchase. He was amazing as he got us every rebate/discount possible to get us to where we wanted to be. Both Austin & George went above & beyond to not only make us feel comfortable and like we mattered but to ensure we were happy with out total experience with them. The gentlemen that did the financing portion which I am afraid to say I cannot recall his name right now but he was also fantastic! Overall we had one of the best experiences we ever have purchasing our truck!!! I started the search for a new car a few weeks ago trying different brands and models (ford, toyota, etc), and finally decided to try for a 2012 Chevy Tahoe that this dealership had available. I submitted a different brands and models (ford, toyota, etc), and finally decided to try for a 2012 Chevy Tahoe that this dealership had available. I submitted a request online and was answered by Steve Rimer. Steve was extremely helpful, not pushy, and polite throughout the whole process and I think that we came to a fair deal at the end. He answered all my questions promptly and accurately, and he provided a huge amount of information on the car I wanted to purchase. I would, and I will, definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, and I will personally recommend Steve as well. If all the salesmen are as good as he is, this dealership is in for the long run. Now I just want to enjoy my new 2012 Tahoe LS, and hopefully, the service department will be as good as the sales department. More
Our Experience at Courtesy was the worse possible!!!! I decided to wait a night and talk to my husband about the deal... WELL the very next day I went down there to pick up my paperwork because another dealer had mad me a better deal! When I showed up I was told The man I had an appointment with never showed up that day! Then when I went to the tower to talk with an Ernesto He said he could not find it that it was lost. Finally a nice salesman tried to look for it....and then came back and told me nobody was in that office and I would have to come back the next day. I left and decided to call for further assistance... a very nice woman said she would be in Monday as well as the manager and salesman of the department I was working with so to come down and the would get it for me! I had to work that day so my husband went down they told him to wait in a waiting room while they looked..... WELL again they could not find anything and told him it was shredded!!!!! I thought that would be ridiculous I was there Sat, Sun, and now Mon. and it was shredded before we even deiced what deal to take. It was like turning away business????? I went down to talk to Herb he was Rude... I asked for him and he said if this has to do with pay stubs I CANT HELP YOU (who does that to a customer) Then he preceded to take a personal call on his cell phone! I asked the man next to me if he was serious? And if Herb was done with my conversation? That man said not sure he is on his phone!!!!REALLY?????? Finally after 3 days of this and Herbs call was over I asked for the owners info so I could contact him. I cant believe anyone one doing business here. Also I plan to never do or refer business here! A service advisor is supposed to work for the customer, not trying to hide the fact that the dealership has a special for exactly what I need and not tell me about it till after I singned the work order. Also I asked for a prices of a missing hubcap and never got a price from my "service advisor" even after I asked for it multiple times. The best part is that I know that I got overcharged and I didn't get what I needed. After this rerview I did get contacted by the service department manager John Dunlap, he was verry friendly and listed to my complaint and assured me that this is not the experience he wants his customers to have. John agreed that I could have been charged less and he will talk to his service advisor about this, also he will make sure all my questions are answered.
