Lamar did his best and worked hard to get me a truck. Everyone I dealt with was very nice as was Brian Long. I appreciate that Ernesto Guerra approved the deal to get me my truck. I will say the the price of the truck was good, I did not say great for if it was great my payments would have not been at my max budget they would have been lower anywhere from $30 - $50. Now the overall experience could have been better because of a couple reasons; 1 - Once I finally got the truck when I got home I noticed a dent in the right rear bumper. I did not inspected the truck again when I was given the keys but Lamar stated nothing happened at the dealership. I had been parked for anyone to hit me and I did not back up before I noticed the dent. 2 - I left a front license plate on my trade-in and when I called back Lamar assured me he had it so I could pick it p in a few days when I could get back to the dealership for the remote to operate the power locks. when I returned not only did I wait for 2 hours for a remote but I was informed that the license plate was missing and someone how Lamar would replace the plate. I'm not holding my breath but it would show a higher level of integrity if it was replaced for it was a collectable items. I was told it was taken from Lamar's desk 3 - I went on the website 4 times and there was a promotional item ($25 Visa gift card) that if I came to the dealership I would receive, not once was I able to print or receive a email for this gift card. Although I asked about it was never received. 4 - The last thing is I'm really shocked that my gas tank was not full and that the policy is because it was a used vehicle, you only make sure theres gas in the tank to leave. I felt my business wasn't as wanted, I was just a number! More

They found and repaired a major transmission problem, even though the "Check Engine" light had never come on. Prior to taking the car in for service, I had read online Chevy Cruze forums that discussed even though the "Check Engine" light had never come on. Prior to taking the car in for service, I had read online Chevy Cruze forums that discussed this or a very similar problem, but without a solution, so I wasn't sure they would be able to find or fix it for us. As it was, my wife no longer wanted to drive the car, because of the hesitation and delay in the transmission. We are very pleased with the results, and the car is running like new again. More

I also appreciate the service quality that was provided to me by Courtesy Chevrolet I felt very at home outside and inside the dealership, very clean and just like the name...truly Courtesy. I thought I wanted an Impala or Malibu but ended up leasing a 2013 Malibu Eco. I love that car. I haven't had it for 2 months and have almost 5000 miles on it. It is great Kelly made the whole buying and test driving experience great. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The little bit of the service dept that I saw was great too, as were the follow up calls. OnStar is wonderful. Better than any GPS system I never expect to be lost agaon. Today was my second trip to the dealership for the same service. It was not their fault that I was back. On 6/7 I went in to get the drivers side power mirror repaired/replaced and the Radio/6 CD player re service. It was not their fault that I was back. On 6/7 I went in to get the drivers side power mirror repaired/replaced and the Radio/6 CD player repaired/replaced. Tim Jackson went out of his way to find a replacement audio unit locally so I wouldn't have to make a second trip. The mirror was replaced and worked perfectly (heated/auto dimming/turn signal/power adjust and power fold). The radio was replaced and worked great but when I tried to eject the CD which the tech had been kind enough to remove from the broken unit it was stuck in place. Tim was able to work it out of the unit but obviously it was not right. He was very apologetic but it wasn't his fault that the unit was defective from the factory. He ordered a new unit and we made an appointment for today, 6/14. Today I was in and out in less than an hour with a new working audio unit and Tim had on his own had some cosmetic repairs done to the burled walnut that surrounds the audio system. Looks great. Oh yeah, they also washed the truck. It's great service like this that will keep me coming back to Courtesy Chevrolet. I know that when I take my truck in for service I'll get what I need, with no extras being pushed on me, and I'll be dealt with in a professional, fair and friendly manner. What more could anyone ask? More
When I took my Equinox in for its checkup, I was shuttled to Sky Harbor for a weeklong business trip. Upon my return, a phone call to Courtesy got me picked up 16 minutes later and my luggage and I were shut to Sky Harbor for a weeklong business trip. Upon my return, a phone call to Courtesy got me picked up 16 minutes later and my luggage and I were shuttled back to retrieve my fully serviced, clean and shiny auto. As a former Jaguar and Cadillac owner, I never got such an impressive service experience. More
