I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Kelly Williams. He listened to my needs and promptly found a vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and between GM rebates and dealer rebates was able to present me with numbers that would fit my budget. Arriving at the total price number has never been easier. The process took about ten minutes and there was zero back and forth and zero negotiating. The first time Mr. Williams came back with the best price I accepted it. I have been searching for a new vehicle for over 3 weeks and a Chevy Silverado was my second choice. After meeting Mr. Williams it became my first choice. As for financing, Martha Keith had all docs pre-printed and all I had to do with sign on the line. Again, no pressure for additional up sells and no hassle. In addition, she gave me an interest rate that I accepted immediately. We did not go back and forth about the rate. Overall, this had to be one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and right to the point. I fully intend to trade my 2007 Tahoe in with Courtesy and Kelly within the next month or so. More
