When my family and I arrived to the dealer Kelly was very respectful, offered water brought my kids crayons with pictures to color to keep them occupied while we worked out a deal. Wonderful Experience! The best way to find out how sincere and accommodating a car dealership can be is to experience the initial visit with the Salesperson, to the Finance department, to experiencing sincere and accommodating a car dealership can be is to experience the initial visit with the Salesperson, to the Finance department, to experiencing problems that both parties need to work out to both satisfactions, to experiencing unexpected problems with the car that the dealer had no awareness and was no one's fault that it was overlooked. This is when you find out just how loyal of a Dealership you are experiencing....KELLY Hanes, salesperson was delightful, accommodating and going out of her way to help my purchase go calmly and willing to look into matters of my questions with her finding the correct answers or supplying her answers. Since I am the type person that doesn't buy a car anxiously or with closed eyes and excitement to just have it, I got to experience the people in charge of every aspect of the dealership. HERB , manager was a terrific help in coordinating taking care of my questions, requests, and problems. HERB and JAMI took great care of checking out my car a second time so that I would be able to feel peace and satisfaction that my car was in great shape and I should have no unexpected problems when I drove away. I also financed the care with some down payment. This was a used car and LUCY in financing worked hard to help get me approved with a special and satisfactory loan with much lower APR than this car would normally deserve. I can't say enough good things about Courtesy Chevrolet and all the nice people I interacted with. I plan on getting my car serviced through Courtesy and that alone says a lot about the trustworthiness of a dealership. It's easy to be nice when trying to sale a car but when it comes to Financing and the Service department the truth will be shown just how dedicated these people are for keeping you happy and satisfied. I have dealt with Tim Jackson for my oil changes the last 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me. My son & I bought a 2011 Silverado at Courtesy in January 2011 and he always had the se 2 times and he has always been very courteous and kind to me.
