My recent purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet was the best I’ve ever experienced. The process of buying a car is always stressful to me but this was the total opposite. We were referred to Courtesy Chevrolet through the Costco Auto Buying program. From the first contacts with Eric Steffes via email and phone right through vehicle delivery, we were highly impressed. Eric proved to be knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous and overall pleasant. We were expecting some runaround that we have experienced with other dealers, however from the get-go we felt Eric and the dealership were up front with us and very open. Not only did Eric do a great job of explaining the Costco program and its applicable discount, but he also went out of his way to qualify us for other discounts about which we were unaware. When he was unable to locate the exact vehicle and options we were looking for, he suggested we order our vehicle through Chevrolet so we could get exactly what we wanted, never pressuring us to accept something that didn't meet our wish list. We ordered the car and upon delivery, after about 6 weeks, we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and at no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience. Congratulations to Courtesy Chevrolet for your staff and your policies and for living up to the "courtesy" your name implies. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile. Was asked to wait for my service advisor who showed up within 4 minutes. He also offered me a free car wash, when I asked how much he extended his hand and said a handshake would be good enough payment! Wow okay twist my arm I'm in for that, thanks. Mr. Jackson then showed me to their waiting room. The waiting room was awesome equipped with computers couch's, and even a mini snack bar with hot/ cold food items & drinks. By the time I was done eating and surfing on the internet my car was done. That had to be one of the best experiences I had at a dealership in a long time :) awesome!!!! Recently he called me to advise he was going to be away from the dealership for a day and offered me an opportunity to change my appointment which I did. I feel Tim is someone I can trust with my vehicle and is quick to offer me suggestions, pro or con when I bring up a question. In the past I have purchased vehicles from Courtesy and this time I purchased a new Tahoe I purchased it from another dealer through an internet transaction and the experience was less than professional. I returned to Courtesy for service on the vehicle and will look to them for my next Tahoe purchase. I have no doubt the other service advisors at Courtesy are very professional but continue to use Tim because of the trust I have placed in him in the past and he never disappoints me; even to the point of remembering my last visit. For anyone in doubt, shop around but once you go to Courtesy you will not go any place else. Trust, honesty and professionalism is a motto at this dealership. More
I will review the online experience first as this is how I met my contact. I want to say her name is Maribel. She first approaced me on the chat request. I guess this is equivalent to a sales rep approaching you when you walk on the lot.But there is no eye to eye contact and you don't feel so bad saying not now. She was ready when I was to discuss what it was we were looking for. And basically just took preliminary info from me and we made an appointment. If you are not the computer type you will want to go to the lot. They have sooo many cars for every type of person. But I really liked the less evassive approach of going online and Maribel had the sales Rep prepared and we had an appointment to come in. I like when things run smoothly and was pleased all of this was handled prior to our arrival. So the preliminary process gets an A+ from me. More
