We went to the dealership to have my sister upgrade her car, and the moment we drove up we were greeted with what I would say, is the best sales man in the whole dealership. They instantly clicked, and I was very glad to be working with such a patient understanding, funny, respectful person he was not in it just for the sale. You can tell he was really there to help my sister get in a car that was, I would say something she definitely deserved. I believe that Chevrolet did an amazing job when hiring Rafael he definitely was the best person for us we were absolutely very pleased and satisfied with his customer service. His overall energy was great and I would definitely recommend him for my friends families honestly anybody because I just feel he can make the customers feel like they are not just a dollar sign but in fact, a human, and in this industry, that is not easy to do, he was very patient and understanding and was really helpful in getting us where we needed to be in order to have my sister walk away with the car that she did and I don’t think that if we would’ve had any other person we would’ve bought a car that day but i 100% believe Rafael did an amazing job in making us feel like he was there to help us and support us so when receiving this review we hope that he gets a reward or some sort of acknowledgment for his amazing customer service.
