Called in and immediately stated what my needs were and what I was expecting. I let my salesman, Anthony, know that if they couldn't work with me that I was not going to come down and waste my time at all. what I was expecting. I came in gave my info picked a car financed it and left with my car. Lucy was great with the financing paper work fast and easy it was in and out service. The following day I just needed to bring in my certified check and resign my contract because I was offered a better financing deal. So within 18 hours I made a call, picked a car, financed it, and was approve with no problems at all. OH AND MAY I ADD that I have 3 years free oil changes still have an original manufactures warranty and lifetime nitrogen air for my tires. :) More

The post-sale is where they dropped the ball. I went to Courtesy because I purchased my truck I traded in there. They always treat me with kindness and are very respectful. I was able to get there at 6pm and be in my NEW CHEVROLET SILVERADO by 8:45....NOT EVEN THREE HOURS...I worked with David in the internet department and I would totally recommend him. He knows his stuff. Very friendly and totally didn't want to sell me. He showed my husband and me the numbers and then let us make the decision. I didn't feel pressured at all. I was given good choices for financing. I chose the 0%. It only made sense. I bought just last night. And Justin the manager informed me today that my deal is already approved. The service there is execptional. If you want the experience that you would recieve from a friend or family memeber in the business, you will find it at courtesy.
