I visited 4 dealers In the valley, I have had some credit issues, I was treated poorly at all 4, and to top it off, none of them could offer me financing. Herb truly treated me like family, helped find a great certified car that not only met my needs, but it met my budget. I just received my 1st payment, so I know my loan was approved. He really treated me great, and even threw in 3 years of oil changes. I wish I would have known about Herb and Courtesy, before I wasted my time at those other 4 Chevy dealers, they could all learn something from Courtesy! When they told me about the $300 referal fee, for the people I send them, I thought it was a joke, after my expierence, where else would I send them???? What a bonus!!
