I have bought three cars from Courtesy Chevrolet in the past and to be honest the first two times werent the best experiances but this last one was. I was not "hunted down" by a salesperson right away but past and to be honest the first two times werent the best experiances but this last one was. I was not "hunted down" by a salesperson right away but approached by a friendly salesperson (Eric Real) with a calm demeanor and he was not pushy at all just friendly and helpful through the whole process (as was most of the other staff as well) . Many salesmen stalk you when you approach the lot, attempt to have you run your credit before you've even found your vehicle, in an effort to expedite a sale and assure a commission. I felt heard, relaxed, and I'll say he's been the first salesman I've felt comfortable with. He was also diligent in the search, and respectful in the follow up.
