My experience was pleasant and Steve Rimer was reasurring with all details of the buy. I got the car I wanted, the paperwork was done quickly and it was delivered earlier then I expected. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from this dealer and Eric. I have always had a great experience there and will go back when I need another car. Usually I dread even going to a car dealership but this experience made me start to think was it time for a new personal vehicle, so I stopped in to see James about a month later I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes he found me another silverado we worked out a great deal and I purchased the vehicle. All i can say is wow Courtesy you have all the right people from your outstanding sales department to finacing which is why I drove over 20 miles to make my purchase even though I have a chevy dealer less than 2 miles away. I have to say that this car buying experience was amazing! I was able to "borrow" the van for the night to take it to my own mechanic and have it inspected. He totally got me the deal that I wanted, made sure I was happy and got a great amount for my trade too! I would definitely recommend him. The one and only issue I had was with the financial guy Chris. He made me feel so little and like I was bothering him by me actually taking the time to READ the legal documents I was signing. I caught an error on the papers too which really made him angry. It's not like it's his money...he did not act in a professional manner towards me, especially when he just tossed my papers at me on his desk when they were all signed and done. Rude! More

I felt assured after speaking with him that the issue would be resolved...and, it was. As an added bonus, he had my car washed and vacuumed. No one LIKES having car repairs, but Bryan made the experience as "painless" as possible. I bought my car from Courtesy Chevrolet about 7 years ago, and, with the exception of a set of tires and a battery, have had all my service work and repairs done at the dealership. My regular service manager, Tim Jackson, is also a wonderful, intelligent professional! Your entire staff is always pleasant and helpful! More
Steve Rimer was the internet sells men that help me on my recent auto purchase. The car i just bought was a 2006 Honda Civic that was used with only 57k miles on it. Of course the car was not new so it had two small things wrong with the car originally. The first thing was the sun visors were not on my civic so Steve made sure that i received this with my new car and not only that he was able to get me two new visors straight from Honda themself. The last thing with my car was it would pull slightly to the right so Steve also had the mechanics do an alignment on my car and both were done in the same visit without any hesitations. I have nothing but only good things to say about the excellent customer serves that Steve Rimer treated me with. So if your in the market of buying a new or used car make sure you go to Courtesy Chevrolet make sure to ask for Steve Rimer and you will be in the best hands possible. More

Joey Myers was delightful to work with, from the very beginning of our search for the perfect vehicle (which we did from our home), to the end of the deal at the dealership. We wanted a specific color and model, which they did not have on their lot, so he had to search the country for that vehicle and coordinate its delivery to his dealership. Joey went out of his way, worked above and beyond, and was very enthusiastic, cheerful, and helpful. My husband has a severe back problem and cannot sit or stand very long, so Joey did everything he could to do all of the foot work and as much paperwork as possible before we even got to the dealership. He also encouraged everyone else we needed to deal with when we were at the dealership to speed up the process for my husband's sake. We would not hesitate to work with Joey again, and we will definitely refer future customers to him as well. Thank you, Joey! More
