My name is Philip and I contacted Courtesy Chevrolet, on behalf of my wife, Alisa, with the goal to obtain a pre-owned vehicle. He had a great, welcoming vocal tone and excellent customer service skills. I was impressed by that, alone. He inquired of my needs and I informed him that we were looking for a pre-owned 4-door Chevrolet Cobalt for our beginning family. They only had two of them, but we wanted low mileage and the black exterior. They did not have a black model and the mileage was not to my standards. After I told this to Steve, he asked if we'd be willing to upgrade to a new car. I replied that our credit situation was not the best and which might result in an unsuccessful venture. Fortunately, Steve had great communication skills and encouraged us to visit Courtesy Chevrolet, to take a look at one of the new Chevrolet Cruzes. We did just that and fell in love with the vehicle which happened to be silver. Soonafter, Steve encouraged us to give the credit approval process an attempt. We agreed, and next thing we know, we're approved and transitioning into our new vehicle. I told Steve that I was thankful to him for his genuine and thorough services, and that he made us feel like we were at home away from home.
